Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tripoli

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

We had a wonderful time in this traditional cottage in the beautiful village of Zigovisti. Mrs Georgia welcomed us with a plate of home-made biscuits and eggs from her chickens. Her home has everything you could need, the view from the bedroom is breathtaking and it is the perfect spot to relax and unwind or explore the mountain villages and monasteries nearby. For food we would recommend Maria's taverna on the hill just opposite the cottage - everything is delicious and very reasonably priced.

very small village with friendly folk, and very few, but great places to eat. Costas was extemly friendly and helpful, in fact, he escorted us through the village and did he's very best to make us feel at home!!

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και το έβλεπες παντού γύρω σου !! Η Αικατερίνη φανταστική οικοδέσποινα, ένας χαμογελαστός άνθρωπος που σου έδινε πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστείς . Θα την επισκεφτούμε ξανά ελπίζω σύντομα !!!

Trop court séjour d’une semaine fin mai, la maison est tellement confortable qu’il était difficile de s’en extraire pour aller visiter les merveilleux sites archéologiques environnants. Merci Sophia pour votre réactivité, les multiples attentions, votre panier d’accueil… La maison est très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison et la décoration est soignée. Le petit village à 5mn où les commerces sont ouverts avec des amplitudes horaires très larges. En résumé, une adressé à retenir absolument.

Δεν έχω λόγια για αυτό το κατάλυμα. Πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που έχουμε και στο κανονικό μας σπιτι και γεμάτο κεράσματα. Κάτι που μας εντυπωσίασε και που δεν έχουμε ξαναδεί ποτέ στα ταξίδια μας, είναι ο Χριστουγεννιατικος στολισμός! Είστε σωστοί επαγγελματίες και η ποιότητα σας είναι ασύγκριτη! Εννοείται θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

Nous avons passé un agréable Séjour dans cet appartement, plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Le logement était très propre, et correctement équipé. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, très bon séjour !

Unglaublich schöne Lage, die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des kleinen Steinstrands, den man durch einen liebevoll angelegten terrassierten Garten erreichen kann. Man schaut von der Wohnung und der vorgelagerten schattigen Veranda auf das Meer und schläft mit dem Plätschern der Wellen ein. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurants von Kiveri sind über eine Strandpromenade sehr entspannt zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!Το κατάλυμα ηταν άψογο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ο κ. Κώστας πολυ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος! Σιγουρα θα επισκεφθούμε ξανα το κατάλυμα!

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

Αν και πήγαμε περίοδο με πάρα πολύ ζέστη, το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και άνετο.ησυχη γειτονιά,με κοντινές αποστάσεις.ειχε τα πάντα πολύ κοντά (φούρνο, super, τράπεζα κ.α). Η κυρία Βασιλική είναι ευγενέστατη και μας συμβούλευσε ποιες περιοχές να επισκεφθούμε και μαγαζιά που μπορούμε να φάμε στο Παράλιο Άστρος.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort und werden sicher auch ein drittes Mal kommen. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie durch die unmittelbare Strandlage perfekt geeignet. Einfach herrlich. In der Nebensaison ist dort absolute Ruhe. Nur das Rauschen des Meeres war zu hören. Alles war fantastisch.

We had an incredible stay at the Kiveri Gem House. Harry was a great host — responsive, helpful, accommodating. The photos don’t do the views justice: it is stunning. The private beach is such a wonderful resource to take advantage of. If I’m in Peloponnese again, I would definitely stay at Harry’s again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

It was a perfect vacation. The location, the peaceful nature, the sea, the walking places and the proximity to the places we wanted to visit were very nice. The owner was very good with us and dealt with us quickly when there was a problem. He helped us with places to visit. It was a very nice experience for us, if we come to Kiveri again, it is definitely a place we will choose for vacation.

Безусловно главное достоинство это вид. Это не просто "вид на море", а собственно само море в шаге под тобой. Терраса огромного размера выходит прямо на пляж, и на все 180 градусов море. Но и сама квартира достаточно удобная, для двоих человек точно. И очень очень чистая. Вайфай хороший, напор в душе тоже, полотенца отличные. Большой холодильник, все нужные кастрюльки и посуда. Большой шкаф для одежды, хороший диван в гостиной, есть все принадлежности для пляжа - зонтик, подстилки, стульчики. Только пляжные полотенца нужно иметь свои. Есть закрытая парковка, к пляжу спускается лестница. Сам пляж небольшой, зато совершенно приватный, если не подойдет он, то рядом множество других. В деревне несколько ресторанов и супермаркет. Катерина отвечает мгновенно, да и у нас не было поводов о чем-то беспокоиться. Очень рекомендую это жилье и хозяев.

Άνετο σε χώρους ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο. Ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης και πολύ προνοητικός. Μας είχε χυμούς κρουασάν φρούτα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι χώροι. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς (από αφρόλουτρα και σαμπουάν μέχρι dry shampoo και ταμπόν). Σίγουρα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για μεγάλη παρέα έως 6 άτομα.

Argos is an excellent place to stay, and what perfect accomodation! The host was so kind and helpful and really quick to respond. I will be back !

Très joli appartement, cuisine bien fournie et accueil chaleureux. Le village est très joli , il y a des commerces à proximité, petit supermarché, boulangerie, cafés, restaurants. Je recommande !

Lia was very friendly and organised. The place is great, hilltop overhanging a pebble beachfront with astonishing view from the large balcony. You access the exclusive beach direct from your balcony (loved that!), via a staircase and can choose your favourite spot (we enjoyed far left, where you can easily reach a small cave and lure in swallow water). Advise: pebble beach so we recommend to wear rock shoes (available at local minimarket, will help you in/out of water) and/or exercise your swimming ability. Our 12yo child loved the beach, but may become a problem with younger kids, especially with wind/waves that may be present in the afternoon. The apartment is nice and organised, with everything you need for your stay. Master bedroom, small kitchen with washing machine, nice bathroom and large living where you can arrange the sofa-bed for two more guests. Large balcony overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast / lunch / dinner or just rest cuddled by waves. Loved our stay!
