Le Bois Joly is a 16th-century manor house that became a large farm in the 19th century. Located near Nogent-le-Rotrou, it sits in the heart of the countryside. Since 1985, we have been restoring it while respecting the architecture of the Perche region. We invite you to stay at the Gîte du Fournil and share in this fascinating history! To showcase regional producers, we sell a wide range of local products (beverages, pasta, preserves, etc.). Late Sunday departures are available !

Former tram station, "Vichères la Gare" is a peaceful and green place, bordered by a river and bodies of water. Its dock transformed into a closed terrace opens onto a large garden in which you will have the pleasure of rubbing alongside frogs, ducks, herons, water chickens... The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.
