Very quiet with a superb unobstructed view of the racecourse and the Château de Pompadour, it is located 350 meters from the entrance of the racecourse, 850 meters from the shops, the castle, the stud farm and its equestrian facilities. The location is ideal for sightseeing and equestrian events, close to outdoor leisure activities, hiking, water sports, horseback riding, fishing...

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.
