The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The chicken coop

Relax with your family at the chicken coop. Unique small cabin between Lillesand and Dyreparken with a total of 6-7 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted to a rental cabin, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but although the houses are close, it is felt both private and peaceful. It is possible to get a bath on a private jetty, about 90 meters to the sea. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden spot and porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Bright and cozy apartment on beautiful Flekkerøy with lovely views to the sea. Newly renovated, all furniture and inventory is new and inviting. Sit back on the delicious couch and let your eyes rest on the sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Cozy guest house (24m2). Small private space by the ocean with sunbeds and bathing facilities in the summertime. Simple kitchen facilities for making breakfast and lunch . Small beaches and hiking areas in the local area. 12 minutes drive to the center and 10 minutes to Dyreparken. 12 minutes walk to the bus. Mandatory washing NOK. 300. Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV.
