It is in the park of a family property and has a private garden. Between Richelieu, Chinon and Azay-le-Rideau, it is in a region of high culture and history and close to many castles of the Loire: On 3 levels and partially surrounded by secure moats, it is not recommended for very young children.

Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.
