Charmante maison 3 façades avec piscine chauffée (du 1er avril au 30 octobre) et jacuzzi privatif, située dans un quartier résidentiel. À seulement 5 minutes de l’autoroute et du centre d’Andenne, elle bénéficie d’un emplacement central idéal pour partir à la découverte d’une région riche en nature et en activités. La décoration, entièrement réalisée par la jeune artiste belge Oxalif, confère au lieu un cachet unique. Ce logement n’est pas destiné aux fêtes : merci de respecter le voisinage.

La suite privatisée est située à côté de notre maison pour une parenthèse à 2 dans un cadre champêtre. Détente et nature au rendez-vous: sauna, douche, jacuzzi extérieur, terrasse et transats, table de jardin et accès au 1er étage du duplex par un escalier: petite cuisine, table haute, canapé d'angle, grande baignoire, lit king size, écran plat, décodeur voo et accès Netflix. Pour votre confort, peignoirs, tongs, serviettes de bain, serviettes pour le sauna, sont à votre disposition.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Holiday home, 10 pers, 5 rooms each with private bathroom, toilet and TV. Very nice valley view. Heated outdoor swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with wood stove. Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Free Wifi access. Arrival possible from 4pm, departure possible until late afternoon. Parties and drink parties are not allowed. We prefer to avoid youth groups. We ask our guests to respect our house, nature and tranquillity.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.05 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.
