A 10-minute drive from Spa and Aywaille, come and rest in a green space, out of sight. The house dates from 1789. A revolution: its thick walls keep the heat in winter, the coolness in summer. The interstices in the parquet flooring of the master bedroom are designed to let the heat through, so don't be afraid. On the other hand, it also lets the noises through, you are warned.:-) From the large garden, you have direct access to the many walks of the region.

Children welcome "L'Ancienne Ferme" in Waimes

You are a (very) large family, you have a (very) large group of friends, with many children... (or not)... and you want to enjoy a stay all together, our cottage can comfortably and easily accommodate up to 20 people and 2 babies. The Ancienne Ferme is ideally located in the municipality of Waimes to discover the region of the High Fagnes and the Eastern Townships/Eifel. The many activities in the area will seduce you... summer and winter! Welcome !

Petite caravane et mini camping

We welcome you at the end of our meadow, in a small cozy trailer. Tranquility, views of the countryside, birdsong, stars, in short a place to recharge! Kitchen area, shower and dry toilet in a furnished cabin. There are plenty of blankets in the trailer, but we don't automatically offer space heating as a matter of consistency with our concept. It is nevertheless available on request at a small charge. Please arrive before the sun sets😊.

" la maison de campagne " is a charming restored house located 50m from the center of Roche-en-Ardenne - shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets are within walking distance. Marked walks in the woods and Ardennes massifs are also immediately accessible. Provision of sun loungers and a parasol on the terrace Bed linen and bath towels ARE NOT PROVIDED. Only bed linen can be provided on request with an extra charge of 20 euros per bed.

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.
