Holiday rentals with a patio in Trøndelag

Fantastisk flott opphold. Meget sentralt til restauranter, butikker og uteliv. Veldig praktisk med egen parkeringsplass. Vi fikk til og med hjelp til å bære bagasjen vår. Soverommene hadde meget gode senger og deilig sengetøy. Lys og fin leilighet i 5 etg. Med heis og kort vei til det meste. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und mit gutem Ausblick. Sie ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut erreichbar und auch nicht weit von der Tramhaltestelle. Die Sauna war auch ein Highlight.

Kjempestor fin leilighet som inneholder alt man trenger.😊

Vi er veldig fornøyd. Rent, ryddig og god plass for oss. Fin utsikt, 5 min. i bil til sentrum.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is extremely cozy and new. You also have a direct view of the sea. Kristine was very friendly, trusting and welcoming. It seems as if they are not renting out the accommodation as a business, but because they are happy to have guests. We therefore felt extremely welcome! 10/10

Very beautiful and cozy apartment located in a modern residential area, about a 10-minute drive from Trondheim, surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect for those who want to combine sightseeing with nature. There’s a lovely hiking area within walking distance, including a scenic lookout tower with an amazing view over all of Trondheim – definitely a highlight! The car can be parked easily and safely in the underground garage, and there’s also a small outdoor seating area. The neighborhood has several playgrounds, making it a great spot for families as well. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered lots of useful tips for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

We had a really good time. Rita put a lot of love in this house. We were looking for something quite and we were not disappointed. We slept better than anywhere else. It is the perfect place to relax. And what was really nice as well: Thanks to Rita we found a boat to rent and could catch our dinner and spend some good time on the water. We even saw some little whales. The rocks not far from the harbor are good to catch Makrele. The little supermarket is not far away and you get everything you need to survive. :) If you want to have a bit more choice (especially of fruits and vegetables) you should buy it at a bigger store on the way to Salsbruket. Rita was always super quick in replying our questions.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. It was great to have a place to relax during our long journey. The hosts are generous with their hospitality and left us tea coffee and eggs and It was particularly helpful to have a washing machine. Thank you Hege for your information about our onward journey. A bonus was seeing a moose very near the house 😊

Schönes renoviertes Haus. Tolles Grundstück und Bootssteg in idyllischer Lage. Sehr viele Betten. liebevoll und hochwertig dekoriert. Es war in den Schränken alles und noch mehr da wie Zuhause.

Loistava kohde esim. lapsiperheelle. olohuoneen isoista ikkunoista näkyi junia ja laskevia ja nousevia lentokoneita. Näiden äänet eivät kuitenkaan häirinneet meitä. Naapurissa tehdään remonttia ja siitä kuuluu valitettavsti vähän ääniä mutta tämä on tilapäinen haitta. Asunto oli tilava ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Tulemme mielellään uudestaan jos olemme tulossa sinnepäin. Kiitos.

Stedet var helt perfekt, har kun positive ting å si. Skjermet fra byen, men allikevel veldig kort å kjøre til byen. Helt topp! Kamilla var veldig vennlig og hjelpsom på meldinger. 10/10.

Nydelig beliggenhet og kjempefint hus. Likte spesielt godt stue/kjøkken som et stort og fint oppholdsrom med store vinduer rett ut mot vakker natur. Vi skulle gjerne blitt lenger, for her fant man roen. Gunnhild var en veldig hyggelig vert, serviceinnstilt og svarte alltid raskt på meldinger.

Veldig trivelig leilighet, føltes som hjemme! Alt var veldig enkelt, god kommunikasjon og fleksibel utsjekk. Trivdes godt på Lade, enkelt å komme seg til byen, og ellers et rolig område. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

L’appartamento era perfetto, bellissimo, spazioso e pulito. Proprio come nelle foto ha un bellissimo giardino dove abbiamo visto i cervi passare. L’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha fatto trovare la casa calda con il camino acceso

Tone var en super host som ga mye god informasjon og når vi lurte på noe så svarte hun omtrent umiddelbart! Leiligheten var levde virkelig opp til bildene og vi hadde et meget fint oppholdt!😄

Location conforme à l’annonce, bien situé dans un quartier vivant, proche de tous les commerces et de la gare centrale. Appartement bien équipé, belle vue depuis la terrasse, et calme (bonne isolation phonique.) Je recommande

Emma har et nydelig sted midt i Trondheim. Kort avstand til «alt», og en veldig søt og koselig leilighet. Emma ga tydelige og enkle instruksjoner og alt var som forventet. Anbefaler å bo i denne leiligheten for å få maksimalt ut av opphold i Trondheim.

Martin's apartment really is the perfect place to stay in Trondheim if you want to get out and explore the city. It's incredibly well located - the longest we had to walk to get anywhere was about 15 minutes. The views across the fjord from the balcony are exceptional; we absolutely loved sitting out there and enjoying the scenery. The city can be a bit loud at night (car noises, music, etc), but once the door to the balcony is closed, it's completely silent, so there was no worry of being disturbed. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen incredibly well stocked, and the double-layer curtains make sure it gets nice and dark when you want to sleep. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to this wonderful city.

Een relaxte en rustige overnachting gehad bij Trond. We hebben ons goed vermaakt en genoten van de mooie ruimte en het lekkere warme bubbelbad. Zeker de moeite waard!

Utrolig fin leilighet med god beliggenhet. Vi kom tidligere enn avtalt, men det gikk helt fint å sjekke inn før tida. mulig det var derfor renholdspersonellet fikk det travelt. Uansett var Inge en fenomenal vert som svarte fort, og hadde gode svar på alt vi spurte om. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale han som vert!
