There are several beaches/swimming areas to choose in between from a 10-15 min walk. 10 minutes by bus into the city centre, frequent departures. Various shops and serving places (pizza, sushi, hamburger, seafood) within short walking distance. Sunny terrace on the 1st floor and evening sun on the roof terrace on the 3rd floor. Three living rooms/living rooms. Large green outdoor areas and their own playground on the farm.

Homeowner live in private part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most but also good bus connections.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

🦋Here you can relax, take a fresh bath and enjoy delicious days by the sea. 🌿The cabin is located about 80 meters from the seafront in beautiful Stadsbygd. 45 minutes outside Trondheim (including ferry) and 2 minutes from Rørvik ferry dock. 🦋There is a duvet/pillow for two people in the cabin. The other guests must bring a duvet/pillow/sleeping bag. 🌿Bed linens and towels must be brought. 🦋Parking at the cabin🌿 Wood burning for heating, free access to wood.
