We warmly welcome you to our home. We who live here are a quiet and friendly married couple. The guest room is nice and clean, with the possibility to unpack suitcase and hang clothes in the wardrobe. See description below the pictures. The apartment is cozy, where everything is arranged to enjoy quiet days indoors, if you wish. Breakfast is served with homemade bread, and we agree on a time the day before. We also agree on a time for the use of bathrooms, so that everyone gets the time they need in the bathroom.

B&B in apartment 30 min walk from Granåsen, 15 min by Metrobus to Trondheim city center. Private room for max 2 adults. 50" TV, Wifi, sofa bed (140cm bed), wardrobe, access to shared bathroom with landlord (2 adults), washing machine, entrance ground floor and free parking. Velkommen til vår bolig på Kystad, Byåsen, vest i Trondheim i et rolig boligområde. Fra eiendommen er det 5 min å gå til buss som bl.a. går til sentrum, St Olavs hospital og/eller NTNU Gløshaugen. Buss tar ca 15-20 min til sentrum. Fra eiendommen er det også lett og raskt å komme seg ut i flotte Bymarka med flere tur- og bademuligheter. 2,5 km til Granåsen skisenter (15-20 min gange). Det er flere dagligvarebutikker i umiddelbar nærhet og bare ti min å kjøre til City Syd hvis man ønsker det.

Matbutikk og en del butikker og restauranter finns i Melhus 5 min med bil. 25 min reise til byen. På eiendommen finns jacuzzi, badstu. Ekstra lite soverom ute ved badstuen om noen önsker ekstra privatliv. Inne i huset er 2 store stuer som innbyr til sosialt samvær. Stort kjøkken som er rikt utstyrt.

Room in charming apartment in a restored wharf in Trondheim city center. You share a bathroom with the host and are served a good breakfast in the host's kitchen. In the neighborhood you will find shops, restaurants, and everything else you could wish for. It is a 2-minute walk to the bus, airport bus and tram, and 8 minutes to the main railway station. Trondheim Square is 400 meters from the jetty, which is located by the canal in the city center.

With public transport bus num 22 every 15 mins from 06 am to 24 pm.Free parking space. just 2 minute to the street kitchen where you can buy food and drinks, or two minute to the two grocery stores Coops Mega and Kiwi and cook.

Gratis parkering utenfor leiligheten, noe begrenset med plasser. Lading for el-bil tilgjengelig. Ca. 12-15 min fra Trondheim sentrum med buss. Gode bussforbindelser nært leiligheten.

Here you can open the French balcony doors and sit comfortably and enjoy the view of the brewery row in Kjøpmannsgata, Old Town Bridge and Nidarosdomen, in addition to the afternoon and evening sun. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun on the porch by the front door.
