There are several beaches/swimming areas to choose from within 10-15 min walk. Ten minutes by bus to the city center, frequent departures. Various shops and restaurants (pizza, sushi, hamburger, seafood) within a short walking distance. Sunny terrace on the 1st floor and evening sun on the roof terrace on the 3rd floor. Three living rooms/family rooms. Large green outdoor areas and private playground on the farm.

Bring family or friends on vacation and rent my cozy townhouse with a quiet and peaceful location. At the same time, it is central to both the shopping center and the city center. 3 bedrooms of good size with double beds in each room. There is also a separate area for a home office with a work chair, screen and adjustable table. Parking is available for 1 car outside in a fixed parking space. Otherwise, there are parking opportunities in the immediate area and in the short-term parking. Nice view of the lake from the living room.

Bright and spacious terraced house with 4 bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood with playground. The house was brand new in 2015 and is of a good standard. Large veranda on both sides of the house. Local store (Rema 1000) about 30m away which is open from 07:00-23:00 Monday to Saturday. If you want to experience Trondheim, it is 50 m to the nearest bus stop with good bus connections and the bus to the city centre takes about 10 min. The apartment will be available during our holidays and selected weekends the rest of the year.

Urban housing by the fjord

Welcome to the townhouse by the sea in nice surroundings! Although it is rural, it is only a 10-minute drive to Trondheim city center. Bus and train stops are also nearby. It is close to the swimming area, beach and Ladestien which is a well-known coastal path here. Here you can see lambs and horses right outside the window, and you can eat breakfast from the porch with a wonderful view of the fjord. There is little insight, and sun conditions throughout the day.

It should be quiet after 11 pm in the area. No smoking and no parties allowed.
