Charming house in the heart of Lavardin

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

Nearby is Lavardin, one of the most beautiful villages in France and the troglodyte village: Troo. Saturday market with local producers in Montoire 15 minutes away. Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Accessible via an external staircase. 35 m² private terrace. It is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate 4 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, large living area with open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
