The village has 95 rooms, 20 of which are located directly on the large private beach and 75 overlooking the sea near the pool. Of the 20 rooms called turquoise, 6 are suites and 3 are two-room apartments. On the beach, equipped with the lido, there are also the reception, the restaurant and the entertainment area. The three blocks of the emerald rooms are newly built and are located on a ridge that rises above the sea, at a distance of 250-300 meters from the beach with a difference in height of 30 meters.
