Dishwasher and washing machine included along with the parking spot. Four-legged friends are welcome! Around: pizzerias, supermarkets, butcher shops, clubs.

Studio "Iris" is part of "Villa Margherita", which includes 3 other apartments. Its special feature is the balcony overlooking the sea. I call it graceful and refined. Supplied are dishes, pots, bed linens and towels. It is located in the most beautiful point of the Costa degli Dei, near the beautiful Tropea which was awarded the title of Borgo dei Borghi (Year 2021).

It is a very cool house in summer, of ancient conception, structured "in a circle", with few doors and lots of light.
