Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

Beautiful accommodation! Even better than in the photos, lots of little touches that made us very happy, everything was impeccable, we really loved our very relaxing stay ☺️

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

Very good accommodation. Everything went well. The shower cubicle is a little small for my husband's teddy bear size.

This is my first stay at Christelle and Francis's and I was not disappointed. The place is spacious and very functional. You feel at home as soon as you arrive. I recommend it!

Thank you Frédérique, very short stay that allowed us to enjoy nature. A very nice surprise in the garden when we woke up🦚. Frédérique knows how to put you at ease, our children have even adopted the house 😂😂 and wish to return so maybe see you soon. We used Valerie's pretty house as overnight guests on our way home from a vacation in the south of France (so we can't say much about the location, leisure activities, etc.). We liked it so much that we considered spending our next vacation there. We didn't sleep as well during our entire vacation as we did at Valerie's. No sagging mattresses (which unfortunately is not a given), everything tiptop clean, everything you need is available. And a loving plate with sweets and snacks, which welcomed us after the long car journey. We think the house was not only worth every cent of the price, but almost too cheap. Many thanks to Valerie!

Frédéric was very welcoming, the accommodation was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and the heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

We had an unforgettable stay as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was fantastic – a real highlight for all of us. Communication with our host was quick and friendly throughout. One of the standout experiences was the wonderful champagne tasting organised by Vincent – personal, informative, and so enjoyable. The fact that the whole house is on one floor made it perfectly accessible for my disabled father, which we truly appreciated. We would love to come back someday!

Very well-equipped house, towels and linens in large quantities, many outdoor and indoor games. Great pool. very friendly, welcoming and always available owners. ideal for a family stay.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. We hope to come back sometime.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay. Access to the accommodation is very simple. There is space in the street to park the car. The garden is very well maintained, large and very relaxing the house is perfect, very practical. the air conditioning upstairs was also a good surprise given the heat this weekend! Great apartment within walking distance of the old Town. Clean and comfortable with friendly hosts and all amenities.

A modernly decorated house located a 40 minute walk from the nearest village with restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. The house is located next to a road so there is some traffic noise. Small garden which was great for our dog. No aircon in the house, but there is a fan. Easy check in and check out instructions.

We had a great time! The accommodation is really charming, clean and perfectly located to enjoy Lac d'Orient, Troyes and the surroundings. It was exactly what we needed to rest and disconnect for a weekend. The place is quiet, pleasant and everything was as advertised. We loved it, and we will definitely be back. What a wonderfully idyllic place, We had the last caravan by the water. The other caravan was not occupied that evening, so we had the kingdom to ourselves. The dogs had a wonderful time playing in the water, and so did we. It was the last night of our holiday and a very nice evening. There was champagne ready in the fridge, which we could use to end the evening nicely. Jb later sent a link where we could pay for these nice extras. recommended!

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment located on the top floor of a typical house in this beautiful city of Troyes. It is very bright and very cozy and very well equipped. Although in the city center, the calm is appreciated. Recommended without hesitation!
