It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.
