The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!
