Welcome to our sweet home with sunlit windows and a great view of Turtle Back Mountain! Walk our beautiful stone-lined Petite Chartres Labyrinth. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the decks off of the living room and master bedroom . A grill and outside tables and chairs . There is fishing right off the deck. You can get dropped off up the river and tube down to my house, and there are steps that are on my river bank to help you get out of river. The house is Six minutes from the downtown Hot Springs area and six minutes to the elephant butte lake perfect location in between both attractions.

This property is on a large lot in the downtown Hot Springs district with great views of Turtleback mountain. One block to the river, the Saturday Farmers market (May-Oct) and shops and restaurants. You have 24 hour access to our large outdoor hot springs tub with healing waters that come out of the aquifer at approx. 106 degrees F! This unit is on the mountain side of the property and has access to the outdoor spaces which include a stage, lots of outdoor seating, and a fire pit.
