The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. A modest cottage, 10 km from Trutnov, for those looking for privacy, peace and relaxation. Traditional cottage style with sleeping on the stove. If you come with a pet, know that the garden is not 100% fenced, where the thujas grow, there is no fence. If you book a cottage, you MUST HAVE experience with heating in a wood stove. To regulate the heat, a flap on the chimney is used. It takes about 3 hours to heat the kitchen. We use a dry composting toilet. Take into account the traffic, the garden borders the road.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
