In front of the building, guests have access to a part of the beautiful garden with seating and sun loungers. Opposite is a pine park and just a few meters away is the beautiful Vejsplachy complex with a natural swimming pool, aqua center, trail, seating and children's playground. The nearest supermarket, where you can buy everything you need, is only 350 meters away. Nearby there is also the Krkonoše Tree Crown Trail, Dvůr Králové Zoo or Bozkov Dolomite Caves.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
