Everything was great — especially the sauna and the hot tub.

Beautiful timbered house, beautifully, stylish, and well-equipped to the last detail. We had a great stay with friends. I can recommend for families with children, our smallest member of the expedition loved the room with a playroom and specifically a children's kitchen. We enjoyed the bathing barrel. Recommended. Top.

We were in a group of friends with children in the vacation home for 3 nights. It was super nice, modernly furnished, clean and you had everything you needed in the house. The garden with the playground and the terrace was our highlight. Jakub was very nice and answered all our questions. We recommend the place!

At Mrs. Hana's cottage, we spent a pre-Christmas weekend with a group. Everything was in perfect order the 😊 place was clean, spacious, each room had its own bathroom. Ms. Hana is great at communicating and responding in no time. The cottage is located in a quiet village, there is a pub and it is also a good starting point for hiking. We were all satisfied and definitely recommend it!

Everything great, great accommodation, nice contact, only unfortunately the water from the bathtub was not fresh and unfortunately the sauna lacks light. That's a bit of a disadvantage in the evening.

We went to the cottage with 6 girls and 6 kids – and it was absolutely great! The cottage is beautiful, clean, stylishly furnished and well-equipped. The sauna and barrel were top, perfect for an evening “wellness” after a day of children's chaos 😄 The location is perfect – it's close to everything, whether it's for a trip, into the woods, or a playground. A big plus for a quiet neighborhood and accommodating owners. And did we get some rest? Well... not at all with so many children, but it was still a balm for the soul and we definitely want to come back here. We recommend all ten!

We stayed with friends and our children at Marie's place over New Year's Eve. We had great winter weather, the kids could toboggle the whole day. Thanks to the quiet location, we could just use the street for tobogganing. The ski lift is within walking distance and is great for children. Shopping is 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is cozy and offers plenty of space. A top equipped kitchen made cooking easier. A big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Especially for larger groups with children a huge advantage. The place was clean and we immediately felt comfortable. The communication with Marie was just friendly and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for a great holiday!

Very atmospheric place. Large house with thick walls. Shared dinners in a spacious dining room and evenings with a book in a room with a fireplace. There's so much space that we've lost things all the time, and we've been looking for it for hours:). The wood-burning sauna provided a cool atmosphere ... and you could immediately go down the stairs to the cold stream from the sauna. great!

My friends and I spent a long weekend here and had a great time. We each had our own room, we really appreciate the large common room.

We were a group of friends looking for a winter escape and Veronikas house was just the perfect spot! Located in a small village, surrounded by stunning nature, lots of snow and not far from the best ski areas in Czech Republic! Some extra points for the sauna and the oven after a day out in the cold. Little things made it even more comfortable, such as different towel colors for each room, which made it easier to identify „yours“. Looking already forward to next year!

Except for the 45-minute walk uphill to the property, which was supposed to be a "15-minute walk", the location was a little off the beaten path and therefore very quiet. We would have liked access to the cabin to have been cleared of snow and ice before our arrival. We had to do this ourselves, which took a lot of time and effort. We also found sprinkled goods by chance. I think this is at least part of the weather conditions. The cabin itself is extremely spacious and more than big enough for our group (14 people). Bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and much more). The hosts were easily accessible and supported how and where they could. Very nice people! All in all, the stay was great and we will be happy to come back! But this time with a 4x4 drive vehicle 😉

The cottage was beautifully decorated, it looked exactly like the photos. The check in instructions were clear and communication with the guest was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming. We had a great time there!

We spent a holiday here with 10 adults and 7 children over Pentecost. It was wonderful! There is a lot on offer for the children. The accommodation is in great condition & there is the opportunity for everyone to retreat. We will be back! Special thanks go to Andrea, who was always available & really made this vacation even more enjoyable for us!

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, communication with him was seamless. The whole group (14 people) enjoyed their stay and we'd love to come back.
