Everything was fine. All good.

The house looked better than the pictures, the outdoor area is breathtaking and we've spent most of our time there. The house is big and had a lot of beds for larger groups of people (if necessary) Everything was clean and in order, had all the necessary supplies.

Great stay in the woods. Quiet, clean, and just as described. Host was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Everything went great! We met with a large group in Armenia, this house gave us the opportunity to see everyone with family and friends! The location of the house is very convenient, especially if you want to visit all the sights of Armenia, everything is close. Pleasant owners of the house, very responsive. I advise everyone to ask about guest towels in advance with the hosts, we arrived without them, but we managed to solve the problem and they brought them to us! Everyone was very satisfied ♥️

Huge house, we were only 4 people, practically on the floor for each. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. 3 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen. In fact, these are several townhouses close to each other, but at the same time they did not overlap with the neighbors. It is next to the Elegant Hotel, close to only one small stall, a couple of hotels and a separate restaurant, which they did not get to. A little further away is the Mariot Hotel with a casino, restaurant and hookah room. But not very far from the slope (it's hard to walk there, because it's easy to go uphill, back). There is no right near the slope of the property. But for a thousand dramas you will be taken to any point - you can catch a taxi on the way or call by phone. The house is warm enough, towels, bed linen, etc., there is a minimum set of dishes in the kitchen, but there is nothing for cooking or basic tea (oil, sugar, etc.) Two separate bathrooms with showers (the second is really cool, but it's fine to wash under a hot shower). There is no dryer in the apartment itself, but the hallway is warm and there are enough batteries in the house - everything had time to dry. We kept in touch with the host on WhatsUp, quickly resolved all sorts of issues (people live near the houses who, I understand, serve these houses, so they can always help you).

I was not checked into this apartment, but the apartment is better for the same money. It was a pleasant experience, but my experience may not be quite relevant for this listing. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, everything you need is there, including dishes. If necessary, you can ask the owner for something and he implements: for example, I lacked a pot and it was brought to me. This area is actively being built up, but the construction outside the window is quite quiet, did not interfere. The house is on a mountain, away from the center, this should be taken into account. But there is a forest nearby and many trails for walking with a dog, perfect for me. By the way, the apartment is dogfriendly, there were no problems with this. Separately, I want to note a very comfortable bed. And pleasant colors, I didn't want to leave. Large comfortable shower. The overall experience is great.
