Holiday rentals with a pool in Tsaghkadzor

We with our big family had a fantastic experience staying at this villa! The place was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxation. Razmik was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .

Прекрасный дом с шикарным большим садом! Хозяин дома прислал координаты дома, по которым мы без проблем добрались до места и очень быстро отвечал на интересующие нас вопросы. Территория дома ухоженная, есть много уединенных мест, где можно посидеть за чашкой кофе/чая. Красивый пруд с рыбами и черепахой, в жару приятно посидеть в тени деревьев или в беседке. Есть сауна, оранжерея с бассейном. В жаркую погоду в доме сохраняется прохлада. Было очень комфортно! Есть всё необходимое для мангала (шампуры и разнообразные решётки), на кухне тоже имеется всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Из минусов: у плиты работала только одна газовая конфорка и одна электрическая (из четырех имеющихся), так же требуют замены обеденные стулья в доме, так как расшатаны и опасно опираться на спинку стула), в санузле у сауны не работает освещение, в бассейне была грязная вода и мы им не рискнули воспользоваться, в мангальной зоне не воды. Но все минусы-это мелочи. Мы приехали и отлично отдохнули!

We had a nice stay at this accomodation! The house is big, cozy, and freshly built, which made it feel both modern and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was wonderfully warm during the winter, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently close to the center of Dilijan. Just keep in mind that the house is situated near the road. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Tigran, the host, was fantastic! He was always available to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect.
