Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, when we visited Batumi. We really liked that it was very easy to check-in/check-out and the hostess was very helpful with instructions and addressed promptly our requests! Location is very cool, because you could easily access beach, Old Town and other cool places. I would definitely recommend this apartment for short to mid-term trips.

Very nice and clean place with wonderful view. Anton is a great host, always responses if you text. Good sheets, nice smell in the flat, host left some tea and water (very helpful after way). The internet is enough to work remotely (as I did). Absolutely recommended this place.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

Квартира полностью как на фотографиях, очень стильная и уютная. Но совсем маленькая, комфортно для одного человека, так как даже кровать ближе к 1,5 спальной. Есть отопление, в квартире тепло. Качественная, а главное чистая посуда (что редко бывает в сьемном жилье), все необходимое для готовки было. Не понравились старые и застиранные полотенца, и что во многих шкафах какие то коробки и непонятные вещи. Так же хочу отметить расположение, это центр города и все рядом, очень удобно. Арендодатели быстро реагировали на все просьбы, и отвечали на все вопросы. Спасибо.

A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.

Отличный номер. Имеется всё для комфортного проживания. В номере есть сменный комплект постельного и полотенец, индивидуальные средства гигиены. Вся техника работает идеально.Хозяин очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Обязательно посоветую друзьям

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Отличная квартира, расположенная в историческом центре, 5 мин пешком до площади Европа и до площади Пьяцца 10 мин пешком до моря. Рядом в 5 мин ходьбы есть кафе, где можно позавтракать (мы ходили в кафе через дорогу 1 мин) , в пешей доступности несколько магазинов, где можно купить воду, фрукты и выпечку. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень удобная гостиная, большой телевизор. Подойдет для семьи из 3-5 чел. Ремонт свежий, под’езд чистый. Из минусов шум с улицы, но при закрытых окнах его не слышно, а комфортную температуру можно выставить при помощи кондиционера или включить отопление с терморегулятором в прохладный период. Осман был очень вежлив, отзывчив, заранее ответил на все наши вопросы. За пару дней до приезда мне написала Гульнара, и встретила нас на месте. Все показала и рассказала. Во время нашего прибывания была на связи. Однозначно рекомендую апартаменты и хозяина.

We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Everything is great about the apartment... it's clean, organized and well located. Eka's got literally everything prepared for the guests and she is just next door in case anything's needed. I would love to come back.

Как на фотографиях. Небольшая студия с интересным дизайном в виде "пещеры" , как следствие немного темновато. Небольшое джакузи на балконе работает просто отлично(заметно что новое). Небольшой совет тем кто прилетает рано,а предыдущие гости ещё не съехали,в 150метрах от дома,буквально за углом прекрасный сервис(камеры хранения багажа). Youcube Ангиса78
