Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

The entrance features a covered porch supported by wooden beams, overlooking a spacious front yard with desert landscaping. Potted plants are placed beside the steps, and mature trees provide shade, enhancing the serene ambiance of the adobe bungalow.
