Monthly Rentals in Tulia

Great place to stay and close to WT university. It's in walking distance of some good places to eat. Everything in the apartment was as mentioned in the listing. I definitely will see if this place is available the next time I come into town.

This place was very new, very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable. The “house” is essentially a studio. It’s perfect for one or two people, and I definitely wouldn’t call it cluttered. It was perfect! My favorite amenity by far was: The Water Dispenser. It filters water directly from the pipes. Hot or cold water, immediately available… I’m ruined for hotels now… Thank you Cory! You’re a great host, love your place

Tandy was an amazing host. While our trip didn’t work out the way we had hoped, Tandy’s recommendations and her responsiveness were greatly appreciated. When we come back to hike Palo Duro Canyon we will definitely hope to stay at Tandy’s!
