There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Every time I'm traveling, I sublet my beautiful apartment in the city center. As you can see in the pictures, it has everything you need. Big pluses are the bathtub, the great kitchen, the comfortable bed, and an absolutely quiet residential building. It's a 5-minute walk to the university, the canal, and many other amazing places in Vienna. The 9. district is considered the very best district in the city!
