House holiday rentals in Tulum

12 stars out of 10! We definitely recommend staying with Sevatulum. We were here for a 30th birthday party with 11 guests and everyone absolutely loved it. As guests who like booking our own itinerary & schedule, I definitely recommend booking things & transportation through the hosts. Epi (taxi driver) was amazing and prompt for each pick up/drop off. We are a very active group, who enjoyed lounging at the beautiful villa and spontaneously leaving for meals/events/workouts. Epi was at our service the whole trip! Yes, the villa is down an unpaved road but you are still halfway between the town and beach. It was no issue at all for us. We would even walk/run to a nearby cafe some mornings. Was safe and good exercise. The hosts were extremely responsive for any of your needs or questions. The house was well prepared and had everything we needed. Booking a chef for a few meals is a must!! They were great. Overall, great experience and would book again. Tulum was incredible.

We went as a group of couples to Tulum. We were looking for a place with multiple bathrooms in the bedrooms and at least 3 bedrooms and a pool. This was the place! It was so well kept by the cleaning and maintenance crew. It had awesome rooms for each couple that came with us. It was a fantastic place for us to be together and have a nice relaxing week. The host was so responsive and helpful with advice on how to get around and where to go. (There isn’t uber or indriver or public transportation here-so you need to rent a car or contact the Airbnb host to set up taxis) Overall it was a perfect space at the right price to use as a base for our adventures. The only downside to this home is the location. We had trouble finding it because it didn’t exist on some maps. It is literally out in the jungle away from everything. There are a bunch of homes being built around it but nobody living there as of June 2025.

The villa was exactly, if not prettier, than the pictures. It was spotless and the host recommended a private chef service that was very good. The staff was nice and welcoming and took good care of us. I would go back again and recommend to my friends and family

In general it is a great place to stay in Tulum. it was identical to the photos, the house decoration is nice, the area is very quiet and well located. The house was very clean upon our arrival, very tidy. The pool was clean. The internet works very well. The house comes with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Ryan was always very friendly, we had a problem with a shower and immediately sent the staff to fix it. The only unpleasant thing was that 3 cockroaches came out in some areas of the house.

Casa de Florencia is really an amazing gem, very well located in the North of Tulum, perfectly secured and close to everything. The house is beautiful (house itself, and all furnitures and materials) with everything you need, and you dont want to leave the roof top with the swimming pool!! The host (Mariana and Mareh) were super nice as well, giving daily recommendations for activities, place to see, restaurants, ..., and they even helped us to fix a bathroom issue in just a few hours! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place and a great time! Thanks a lot!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved the Airbnb and the hosts! I would definitely rebook every time I visit Tulum. The water pressure was a bit low and slightly salty, but I understand that’s expected when staying in a jungle environment. The hosts were super attentive, especially when it came to helping with transportation, reservations, and recommendations. The maintenance team was also amazing—quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about these hosts! Very responsive and helpful with amazing recommendations for our Tulum trip. The house was so spacious for the 4 of us and the private pool and rooftop was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tulum and I can’t wait to come back and stay here again ☺️

Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our visit. She helped with planning activities and transportation and also responded very quickly to our queries and concerns. It took us some time to get used to the bedroom ACs shutting off if the doors were left open but that was quickly resolved. Aside from that, the place itself was beautiful and clean. Paula was a fantastic host. The location itself is not bad but you need to drive to the beach area or town.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful week at Mataray Tulum. The place is beautiful and peaceful and having the private beach made all the difference. But importantly, the staff were incredible. So accommodating and friendly, and always offering advice on where to go for dinner or excursions. There was never a tie that we didn't feel taken care of. The accommodation was amazing. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and my husband and son had great fun in the evening playing pool upstairs. The balance of having your own accommodation, but being connected to a hotel if you want food or drinks was a great combo! We will definitely come for another visit.

I had an amazing stay at Celine’s place in Tulum! The home is even more spacious than the photos show. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire space had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Celine also went above and beyond by providing concierge services that made our trip so much smoother. They helped us stock the fridge with groceries before arrival and even organized a private chef experience, which was a highlight of the trip. Celine was a wonderful host! Highly recommend if you're looking for a serene and comfortable getaway in Tulum!

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was not only responsive and helpful, but genuinely kind and thoughtful in every interaction. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping me get settled, or checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, she was always one step ahead. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate made all the difference. Honestly, my trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. She made everything feel effortless and welcoming, she truly cares about your experience. I absolutely recommend staying here to anyone considering it. If you want comfort, ease, and an exceptional host, this is the place to be!

Our stay was amazing! The place was super spacious and perfect for our group of 6. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and everything was very clean. The cleaner came during our stay and did a great job. Juan, the host, was excellent—very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Check-in was super easy with a gate code at the door, which made things simple and stress-free. The location was solid—about a 6–7 minute ride to downtown and less than 20 minutes to the beach. My only tip: find a reliable taxi driver and stick with them because prices can vary between drivers. Overall, everything was great. Everyone in our group was completely satisfied, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

What an amazing home! My family and I stayed for a full week and this home had everything we needed and more! We will be back!

My stay at Casa Caridad was great! Absolutely beautiful home. Cleaning service Monday-Friday is amazing and very pristine. Ron is an amazing host and pretty much provides all the resources for any Tulum Trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Tulum!

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience from start to finish. The house is incredible. Clean, well equipped, spacious and in a great location. We were a quick car ride from anything we needed and enjoyed the very short walk to the Rubi hotel for breakfast. Even more amazing than the house was the support our incredible hosts provided. When I first booked Rebecca spent almost an hour on the phone with me helping to plan an itinerary for our bachelorette party. She then helped book all of the reservations and transportation needed and during the trip stayed in close contact to make sure everything went smoothly. Every transport was timely, the chef dinner and mixologist at the house so much fun and the spa treatments was a great way to start the day. 11 / 10 for this house and the hosts!

This place was great, bigger than the pictures . We where 9 girls for a Bach trip. We Felt very safe . GREAT location . It's about a 15-20 min walk from the main road with restaurants and shops . Mini grocery store less than a 1 min away. The pool was beautiful. Also Isaac and the crew that helped us with transportion/ activities/ reservations was such a huge help, they booked some stuff for us and we did our own booking for other things depending on prices. they where amazing and responsive, gave us quotes and recommendations. Even got us reservations at restaurants that where fully booked. Would stay here again for sure.
