Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tulum

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

This was our second time in Tulum and we love the fact that your in seclusion and can relax without any worries. The place was clean, felt real homey and comfortable. It’s in a place off the main road but worth every trip you’ll make! Definitely will book again and our hosts were exceptional!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

Alfonso was an excellent host, he and his staff quickly responded and made great recommendations throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to others!

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described in the listing. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and style, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the little extras like filtered water and local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. Casa Wabi was a very pleasant refuge that fully met my expectations. It's located about halfway between town and the beach which makes morning and evening pursuits (swimming, shopping, dining) easy; a couple of fine restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful (all the photos are truthful), very well designed and comfortable inside, sparingly furnished, there is a large swimming pool, the caretakers provide excellent garden and pool service and household upkeep. Rapha especially went out of her way to help us with a couple of issues we had with our car rental. You need a car, preferably an SUV, because many streets/roads in the Tulum area are in bad shape (there is major construction work around Tulum and the area will soon look like Cancun).

Very peaceful & felt safe! Had everything we needed! Wifi & free parking were nice.

La Veleta is such a nice neighborhood with lots to do and great restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was perfectly located, close to downtown and the beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is so quiet and peaceful. Lucas Sebastian and Aldana were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience was very good. We felt very comfortable, the Airbnb is far away from the center enough not to hear noise and be quiet, and in turn very close to cycling. A plus was being able to rent bikes right there. The pool is great, and the bed is excellent too. The super full kitchen and water pressure compared to other places in Tulum is very good. I definitely recommend this place.

Maria’s place was just as described! It was clean and looked just like the photos. We had a great stay. It was nice to come back to the air conditioned home after a hot day out in Tulum. We did not have any trouble with power outages at all as some comments mentioned. It is a construction zone and the roads are dirt, but there are many Airbnbs in the area. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. We were able to walk into the town from the Airbnb but it was about a 20 minute walk on the muddy roads. Maria was extremely responsive and sent us many recommendations, as well as helped set up private transportation from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at Maria’s place!

Stayed here before and this booking was great just like the last time. Location is outstanding- not far from the beach, not far from restaurants- still private. The patio pool is great to chill at night. Very clean and spacious unit!

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

Place was amazing! Very cozy. Loved every detail. It was insanely quiet, my friends who live there were even surprised on how serene it was with all the usual construction noise going on. Each casita is evenly spaced. The high ceilings were game changer! The beds were actually really comfortable. I would say bring better lighting if you are a girly wanting to get all ready because once the sun goes down it’s a little harder to see your face clearly in the little mirror they give you! (There’s a full length mirror, bathroom mirror, and a little desk tabletop mirror in each hut)

This place was an over all great. We did find the airbnb a bit hot as the AC is only upstairs but we are from cold climate so that could be a factor. the AC in the rooms work great but downstairs there is only fans (This place is set up to be smoker friendly which is nice by the pool but AC wouldnt be useuful as there is a large outdoor screen) The cooler months would be great for people used to cold weather. We also had a leaking AC unit and the fridge stopped working but the host was super quick to resolve. I would HIGHLY recommend the stay and the host is amazing!

Great experience! They were so helpful and provided recommendations which was appreciated as this was my first time in Tulum. Location was great and only about 10 minutes away from restaurants, grocery store and lounges.

Me and 6 other girls stayed here for my bachelorette trip and It was absolutely stunning - worth every penny. The place was so beautiful and spacious, and beautifully decorated/designed. The minimalistic style gave it very much Kim K vibes. Also, the pool was absolutely beautiful with its black and white checkered design. Anytime we needed anything, the host was quick and great with her response. In regards to transportation, the hosts puts you into contact with Sama Transportation Company and they were amazing. If you get the driver Charly…he’s amazing and deserves 10 stars (such a great guy). Transportation is pricey. Something to keep in mind when booking this home, we encountered more than usual scorpions and other insects (inside the home). The owner did mention that insect spray was under the sink (and it was), however some of the girls were terrified of scorpions so just keep that in mind when booking a place in Tulum as it is in the jungle. 10/10 would recommend !!!!

Our beautiful villa was just as pictured & described. Mariana & her associates were very communicative & checked in on us periodically. We were able to get taxis easily with the help of the concierge & in walking distance to Aroma Cafe, Bardo Hotel & Una Vida which was nice. We felt very welcomed by everyone in Tulum. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

A very fancy, clean and cozy apartment, our stay was perfect; if you don't have a plan to go out for lunch or dinner, Uber Eats and Tomato come to the building. Very friendly building staff.

Our stay was amazing, Tulum has alot to offer and this home is located near everything. The house was clean everything is well taken care of, host kept in touch making sure all our needs were met and would respond within minutes if needed. Area is quiet and safe and neighbors friendly. Have nothing negative to say about the home it's probably my favorite stay so far.
