Townhouse holiday rentals in Tulum

We truly enjoyed the two villas for our week stay at Tulum. We couldn't of had a more convenient location. The major markets were minutes away along with the beaches and downtown. I appreciated the recommendations that Jadar sent us during our stay. My entire family had plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and cooking. We also took advantage of washing since we had traveled from another stay in Mexico. I also appreciated the water jugs that were there and a few cold drinks in the fridge. The air conditioned homes were great to return to after a tiring day out and about. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kristian's place to our family and friends and would return again ourselves.

The home is absolutely beautiful! The woodwork, lighting, ambiance, the plunge pool (adorable), and the bedrooms were spectacularly well-decorated. Dana (the manager) and Marie (the owner), went above and beyond in order to help with my accommodations, and any needs during my stay. The property is extremely safe and when I even became sick late at night there was medical doctor that drove to the property to help me (obviously, an additional charge, but when its late at night and you don’t know your way around it was very convenient). There are golf carts that come by on a regular basis to take you to the different resorts if needed. My only recommendations would be to have a rental car because taxis are very expensive in this area and currently there is no UBER/LYFT/Rappi or food delivery services to this area. Other great and under-advertised areas to lounge and eat good food are Kay Club (Other side of Bahia Principe). A warm and loving thanks to Marie and Dana for everything!

This townhouse was a great price in a quiet yet walkable neighborhood. It was perfect for a group of 5 of us (2 couples and one friend) but would have been great for up to 6 people too. Responsive hosts, quiet neighbors, cumfy digs, and a beautiful shared pool area with 3 other units, though it was always quiet. We would stay here again.

In a really awesome part of Tulum.. whole complex is safe and monitored 24/7. Pool space was really awesome to hangout, everything super clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Amazing house in a residency with a couple other houses. The house is just perfect, equipment perfect as well and the beds are very good. I recommend.

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.

This AirBnB is a gem in Tulum. It is in a quieter part of town and still close enough to reach everything. It comes with one bike, it is spacious, it has drinkable water included. Sonia was very attentive and helping out with every question we had. She even brought me some coconut water when I wasnt feeling good. The aloe plants are great for treating sunburn! Absolutely recommended! Be aware that the neighbor houses are AirBnBs too, during our 2 week stay there were a couple of loud parties going on there. Sonia offers earplugs though ;)

I recently stayed at this beautiful home for a much-needed girls' mental break vacation. It had inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was impressive as well, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation, rejuvenation. Would recommend this place.😎

So I wanted to take the time to thank you for all you help while we here in Tulúm. We did try the following recommendations Los Aguachiles - We had dinner here the first night, the food was good and the Fresca were the best. We tried Onyx, this place amazing the food the drinks and the prices all amazing. We went to Cenote de Tortuga we made a deal with local to get tickets to Tulum Ruins and also Cenotes de Parque Yax-Muul . We recommend getting a tour guide for the ruins and the 2 cenotes where amazing more then we could have expected. We went to Playa Del Carmen to Playa Punta Esmeralda this was great we go to see a tortuga come on beach to lay eggs. We did travel to Javier Rio Gómez also very beautiful.

Ron’s place is a true gem in Tulum! Felt just like home, it was perfectly decorated and had everything you could possibly imagine! We absolutely loved it and wish we could come back again.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Tulum. It's a quick walk or bike ride from town and is quiet and private plus has a lovely pool when you want to cool off after a day's outings. Easy to bike to the beach or hail a taxi on the main road. 2 ceynotes are also an easy bike ride away. The house has everything you need to be comfortable: A/C, fans, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Stay here if you don't want to deal with the high prices and noise staying on the beach!

This place was clean, pretty, pink and perfect. The finishes were very nice! Good quality furniture. Very private and quiet. Pretty outdoor lighting. Love they it had an outdoor bathtub.

Located just outside Tulum in a well-kept and very quiet complex. House is very well maintained. Washing machine available. Very good beds. Hot water in the shower. Well-equipped kitchen with large oven.

AMAZING!!! That is the best way to describe this beautiful jungle house! Where do I even begin? The home itself has an amazing layout, extremely spacious, super clean, and well stocked with the basic necessities you need. The location was also perfect as it was in walking distance to the Ruins, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bakery's, coffee shops and so much more. The beach is just a short seven minutes or so drive away or a short, easy bike ride away. As for the host, Adrienne, she was outstanding. Her communication was great and her suggestions on the area were perfect. If you stay at this gem of an oasis, don't be shy to ask her for suggestions or information and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and I can't forget about the community pool - i honestly felt like it was my own personal pool because no one was ever there. It was steps outside the home in a beautiful, mostly shaded area. If you are looking for a great experience at a great value, don't miss out on Adrienne's beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. Lupita was an excellent host! She was so responsive and helped us with every request, from food delivery, to recommendations for a private chef, transportation, restaurant recommendations, beach club recommendations and local tours. Not only did she have great recommendations, but she went the extra step to get it set up for us. The condo was very comfortable and beautiful, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place!

Everything was like excepted and it’s great for the price. The best thing was the location because the local transportation were very near and we could walk at night with no problem. Also Shio is very friendly and answer every question right away. Great place!

The apartment was clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and had a good washer/ dryer. When we arrived the unit was nicely staged and very welcoming. The area was quiet with a good gym and pool and great security staff. The complex was well tended and had beautiful landscaping. Esteban and Carla were good hosts. They were friendly and very responsive. The location was farther from town than indicated in the listing. It was a 25 minute walk into town with little shade. The nearest groceries were at a very expensive organic store an 18 min. walk away over rough roads and across two busy highways with no shade in 30 degree temperatures. The outdoor areas were unusable. The downstairs patio was overgrown, dark and had mosquitoes. The upstairs balconies had little or no furniture and were not usable. The kitchen lacked a water cooler and needed oven mitts for safety. A huge bonus to our stay was the Aroma Cafe around the corner that had great food and very friendly staff.
