Ana's home was so beautiful! We had such a great stay and really enjoyed the amenities and the area. You really get what you pay for and it was better than the photos! I'll definitely recommend to others going to Tulum!

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Absolutely loved my stay in Tulum! The rooftop pool had breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. The place felt very modern, extremely clean, and incredibly comfortable. I also felt safe and secure the entire time, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While you would probably want to drive to most amenities, it’s easy to get around by bike or a rented moped, which are available all over. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

Vianney's apartment was clean, quiet, and modern. We loved the concierge as they were able to suggest great dinner places and were available to help with any question. There are lots of walkable restaurants and amenity shops within the safe neighborhood but also only a minutes drive to other Tulum Pueblo spots.

All I can say is wow! The location was beautiful! We were worried there wouldn’t be anything near by but there was a little store and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the location. The views were amazing of the jungle from the rooms and the beach from the other side. It was way better than expected and the host were extremely responsive and flexible! There is also a check in at a gate before entering the community so it gave a sense of peace for our family. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to visit.

Honestly, a timeless place! Indeed, access is a little complicated in this area under construction but taxis are usually easily found, and we can also ask the reception to order one from us. The place itself is just magical, gym facing sunrise and extraordinary pool. Outdoor kitchen, shower everything was there! I recommend it was perfect.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

We had the best time at Casa Lulu! Hands down one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Lisa and Sean were the best hosts from their warm welcome to all the suggestions on where to eat/drink locally. The house has everything you need. Layout is perfect and beautifully designed. Location is ideal for exploring the town and beaches. Will definitely return!

Casa iguana is absolutely stunning. Everything about this place is perfect. It is super private and feels safe and secluded. The view of the brilliant blue water from the dining table is to die for. Check in with the lockbox was super easy, Maria’s instructions that she sent in advance made finding the house a breeze, everything was spotless, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, the kamado style charcoal grill worked flawlessly, the outdoor lights add the perfect ambiance, all the sun shades are perfectly positioned. We walked on the beach staring at the crystal blue water for hours and hardly saw another person. Maria is a lovely host and offered us alternative accommodation because the seaweed arrived earlier than usual this year. (Not something that bothers us at all) We had perfect weather, a lovely breeze, and never saw a mosquito the whole time (benefit of visiting in the dry season!). I cannot recommend this place enough if you want solitude in a stunning setting!

I really enjoyed this apartment in Tulum! It was very clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. Walking distance to great restaurants and many tour meet-up destinations. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Bonus the supermarket is right across the street. There is a gym and 2 separate pools, it was a great get away! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Tulum.

Michel and Melody, Kevin and I cannot thank you enough for making our honeymoon so special. You went out of your way to decorate, have a personalized card, flowers, champagne and a gift basket full of goodies with sweet treats, delicious bread and fresh fruit. There were some cold beer and water in the fridge ready for us upon arrival. Your place was in Pristine condition, beautiful decor and very, very clean. We felt right at home! The area is in a centralized location, you can walk, bike, moped, atv or drive to local stores and restaurants. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top of ending our nights. The ambiance gave us all the right vibes to experience beautiful Tulum and their beautiful home. Kevin and I highly recommend renting with Michel and Melody. They will tailor your trip to maximize your time there if you need assistance with navigating town. They are so quick to respond and they check up consistently to make sure you feel right at home and you are well taken care of.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. If only I could put 10⭐️!!!! From start to finish, this stay was perfect. We had a small problem with the entrance, Gustavo answered the phone directly and solved it in a minute. He provided us with welcome gifts, the apartment was beautiful and clean. A large terrace space with a large hammock and a jacuzzi just for us without overlooking and I'm not even talking about the beautiful and large common pool! I even forgot an item in the apartment and Gustavo kindly agreed to pick it up and hand it to me the next day. As for the area, it is very quiet and peaceful with convenience stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. In summary, the value for money is there, do not hesitate to book this apartment, you will not regret it 🤩

Paul is a fantastic host and a truly caring individual. He always checked in on us and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed which is exactly why we chose it. Honestly, it ranks in our top 3 best Airbnb experiences. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! The space is cozy. you’ll feel right at home. The bed is huge 😄 I loved waking up to the morning sun streaming through the windows and enjoying my coffee while journaling on the balcony. A great, peaceful experience overall.

the area is very nice if you want to be away from the crowds. the place was nice and spacey with the big windows everything was working and in good condition.

The condo is in the La Valetta neighbourhood, which is a developing neighbourhood with condos and more being built. there were some great restaurants within walking distance but it is not close to the beach. We rented a car and that served us well. The space is nicely furnished over two floors, with a private bedroom and two baths on the top floor, with a balcony and plunge pool. I enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool and we used the fitness centre on the same floor as our apartment. Remember this is Mexico, we had one event where electricity blipped off and then some appliances didn't start up. Lisa with Origin was very responsive to issues we had. She helped got maintenance in to attend to the problem with the appliances. Lisa also acts as a virtual concierge and helped book a car ferry to Cozumel and gave us tips for beach clubs/

Great penthouse in a nice condo complex within aldea zama. Beautiful and well maintained roof with a very decently sized and clean pool. It was the highlight of the condo. Great place to plunge, tan, bbq or watch the stars at night. The roof is pretty private, but not completely secluded. Can be seen by some neighbours but their roofs were empty most of the time. Apartment was very clean, well decorated, 3 *very cold* ACs. Washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Now even has a charcoal bbq on the roof simply because I asked Brett if he had one! José got it and even installed it for us. Fantastic host; Brett and Jose make a great team. Both super responsible and friendly. Brett was very flexible and gave us plenty of great recommendations. Being in Aldea Zama, the vast majority of the construction is done and all roads are paved. Safe surroundings, many cafes and restaurants at walking distance. Free parking available. I would recommend a car to anyone who visits Tulum!
