Great place to stay in Punta Allen. The hotel is a bit outdated but very clean and totally cozy. The beds are large and comfortable. Everything is very clean! There is a sharing kitchen where everything is available. Villas and his wife are very nice and warm hosts. We booked a tour with villas which was very nice. He has made a lot of effort, showed us a lot, gave a lot of background information and also respected nature. Highly recommend :)

It was seriously the best ceviche I've ever tasted! Huge thanks to the chef for creating such a delicious dish.

This place is BEAUTIFUL, the host was nothing short of amazing!! So very considerate and helpful. The location is perfect for everything! Depending on the time of day, the ruins and beach is less than ten minutes away. Tulum beach is about 20 minutes away too, again depends on the time of day. Just beautiful, everything was beautiful! STAY HERE!!

We loved it, it's one of the best Airbnbs I've been to, it has everything to spend an INCREDIBLE vacation, it has affordable prices and those who work there are very friendly, I would definitely come back. I'm very happy with this place, I wanted to stay longer 😍

I had a big crush on this place 6 years ago. So I decided to go back. When we arrived, the room didn't work for us. It wasn't very clean and dark. In addition, the faucet in a common square was broken and surrounded by a yellow strip which was not very aesthetic. We chatted with Victor who quickly found solutions. He showed us around other rooms and we were able to find the perfect room. A few days later, a plumber had passed and the faucet was working. It was very effective. Cleaning was done on a daily basis in the bedrooms and almost on time in common areas. In addition, the staff are EXTRA, the pools are clean, the food at the "Gastro bar" is good especially the lunch menu. The place is lovely and quiet. The hotel is 10 minutes from the main street and the best Mexican restaurant in the center of Tulum “Negro Huitlacoxe”. I had a great second experience at the Copal. Thanks

Very good experience during my stay at Botånica. For a hostel, the facilities are luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and everything looks very clean. Located in a central area and you have the option to take a bike to get around much faster. The breakfasts are complete and very tasty. And best of all, the attention you get from the staff. Fernando is charming, he was attentive, friendly and helpful at all times. In short, if I go back to Tulum it will be to Botånica.

Everything is excellent. The space, the furniture and the kitchen are super good. Just be aware that the bathtub outside the room is at room temperature. Of course I would go back to this hotel. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Jorge is super chill, communicative and locally knowledgeable. His place os easy to book and has a cool courtyard near some great restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Jorge!

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

Great and unique place to stay! We did not want to leave.

We had a lovely relaxing time in this lovely home on the beach. We were only six people but this house has seven bedrooms and seating for 16 so we had loads of space. The are many living spaces so even if you are a lot of people there is still space to relax. The onsite team kept the house clean and tidy each day, they even did our washing. They did an amazing job. Even when the power went out they were quick to bring online the backup generator so didn’t have any problems. The house is situated on Tankah bay, although no life guards its very calm and seems fairly safe to paddle board and swim. Bring your snorkel so you can see the coral and fish. It’s about 10mins drive from tulum, taxis and bus (with a walk) are possible but would highly recommend you rent a car to get to this house. There are security patrols so you feel safe all the time. Will be going back…

The accommodation was as it was in the description and photos, a quite quiet place since there was almost no one staying at the hotel, but everything was excellent, with regressive pleasure
