Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Cozy farmhouse in Spångenäs, Tuna 20 min by car from Vimmerby. With the narrow track right next door, you can go by train to Västervik or Hultsfred. Five beds: a family bunk bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, shower/wc, washing machine, satellite TV as well as a terrace with barbecue and morning sun. Walking distance to forest and lake with swimming area. Booking per day or week. Sheets/towels are not included but available for rent. Clean yourself or buy final cleaning. Pets welcome.

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but individually and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay.
