Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

Very comfortable modern room with bathroom with great shower and kitchenette (including plug in hob). Is part of a house with an optional use of share kitchen downstairs. Clear instructions provided. I walked from Redhill station which 10 minutes. Nice cafe in park near station.

We had a lovely stay at Jane's flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good parking and access to local trains. It felt nice and private but the hosts were on hand if we needed them and weree very responsive. Some lovely thoughtful touches, it was a real home from home and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you 👍

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

My wife and i had a fantastic 6 days in the apartment. It was incredibly calm, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts left us to our own devices but were available and responded as needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, better than many hotels, and everything just worked as you needed it. As an example, the shower was just instant hot water, straight away. No silly fiddling with temperature taps etc that normally happens, it just all worked. Apologies Tony we left a chicken in the fridge when we left. Hopefully you cooked it and gave it to Mollie. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Max's flat was the perfect location for our trip to London! I traveled with my husband and 10 year old daughter and we found the property to be very peaceful and comfortable! This was my first time in London and I debated staying in a hotel closer to the central London attractions. I'm SO happy with my choice to stay at Max's flat in Battersea! It was very easy to get anywhere in the city using the 344 or 44 buses or using the Underground from the Battersea Power Station. It was wonderful to start and end the day in the peaceful neighborhood and walking through Battersea Park. We absolutely loved Battersea Park and the Power Station! I felt like we got a glimpse of what it would be like to live in this neighborhood, not just a tourist perspective of central London, which really enriched our experience. Max was a great host, always quick to respond! Overall, highly recommend!

Very comfortable and well equipt. A bit small but more than adequate. Off road parking a big bonus. We came to see Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters and wasnt disappointed, but thought Eastbourne a bit rundown, but went to some of the surrounding towns, such as Pevensey and Lewes, which were outstanding, so Eastbourne is a good choice. Thanks very much Roma for being such an outstanding host.

Robert was a fantastic host! The house exceeded our expectations - spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for our needs and the check-in process was seamless. We've already booked the next stay!

We had a lovely four night stay with our kids. The gardens were very special and we especially enjoyed the outside BBQ and dining space. The house is in a wonderful setting - very peaceful and right next to the train station to Rye and Hastings (ideal if you don't love country roads).

We stayed in this fantastic property for two months when our home was being renovated. Absolute bliss - lovely home and even a lovely host. Diana was very caring and hands on - made our stay very pleasurable. Diana was always available for us - via messaging. We had no problems whatsoever and there was lovely Mote park literally next door. Absolutely loved the property and our stay - and the welcoming warmth of Diana. Must stay and will go back again! Kids loved it as well. Thank you Diana - you made the stay so welcoming and great!

The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Staying in the Chapel was a very tranquil experience for us. The facilities were spot on and great quality. We slept wonderfully in the extremely comfy beds - I’m going to try to source the same pillows and mattress for us !! Roland’s communications were first class and everything we needed to know was clearly explained in the online instructions/manual. It was a nice touch having the washing machine and dishwasher pre-loaded with detergent etc. We will definitely return when visiting family in the future

The house was perfect for us to get together with my daughter and grandchildren, who live close by. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Thank you we will definitely recommend your house.

Had a lovely short stay at Rachel’s apartment. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Little nice touches such as Easter eggs for my daughter and milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The flat is a short walk from the Sevenoaks town centre, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, green and leafy and perfect for exploring the surrounding region. I recommend!

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

Really great option for our family when visiting friends nearby. A modern apartment in a convenient location. Easy to drive to from the A2 and also walking distance to the centre of Sittingbourne. Despite the central location, it was very peaceful. Appreciated that the host had left us fans for all the rooms, as was the hottest day of the year! Dorjah was friendly in his communications and understanding when my son broke something. We’ll definitely be back next time we go to Kent.

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Darren absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure that his guests are happy and comfortable. Darren’s chatty, friendly can do attitude creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere which makes it a real home from home experience. Beautiful accommodation, beautiful surroundings, easy to park with secure car parking and amazing hosts too! A must to visit, we will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends and colleagues for sure. ☺️

Loved our stay at Karen’s, beach close by that could honestly be confused with a private beach in the evenings. Great food around the place and teeming with suburban wild life including the cutest family of foxes. We got extremely lucky with the weekend we booked with the local art walk and local market, the locals were friendly and super proud of their seaside town. The apartment itself is cosy and quiet, exactly what we were looking for, will absolutely be coming back. Thanks Karen!
