Farmstay holiday rentals in Tunbridge Wells District

Myself Kelly, Patti and dog Summer thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, private and in an ideal location. The only slight problem is that the door into the garden was a bit temperamental to open.

Snaffles was a great little find. A cute place on a stud farm, the kitchen was spacious and the garden was beautiful. The flowers were all in bloom and we had a wonderful view of the horses in the field. The beds were comfy, and we were greeted with extras like milk and cookies. We even saw deer! Would recommend.

a wonderful hidden gem that was the perfect getaway for us and the dogs. Super friendly host and very accommodating, should the occasion arise to stay in the area again we'll definitely book here before anywhere else

We had a wonderful stay, so peacful, surrounded by lovely country side, accomadion was home from home, loved our garden. Enjoyed our welcome pack, and our dog loved her treats, topped off with lovely hosts, Thankyou both. We would love to go back. X

We LOVED coldharbour cottage…Myself, husband & 2 teenagers. Everything we wanted & more! Perfect from beginning to end. The cottage was wonderful, so full of charm & character & the surrounding views absolutely topped it off, all in all we would give this place 10/10! ❤️

So lovely was The Piggery we didn’t want to leave! In a beautiful rural setting this cute cottage had everything we needed for a week’s holiday exploring East Sussex, we were so comfortable and our little dog loved the garden.

We had a lovely stay at Marsh Mallow. It was cosy, homely and perfect for 2. The large glass windows with the view (great sunsets) was a real treat. It was a very relaxing and peaceful place. Yvonne was very welcoming and around if needed. It’s a good base for exploring Rye and the surrounding area. We would definitely like to return.

The Cow Shed was perfect! Spotlessly clean, private and beautiful location, immaculate attention to detail, helpful welcome pack, spare toiletries and beautiful breakfast selection. I will 100% be back and would highly recommend. Alice was so welcoming and friendly and Baxter the dog is the cutest, goodest boy! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Really beautiful spot, gorgeously decorated and in a wonderful setting - loved having the sheep and cows right outside the windows! Charlotte was so helpful even providing a high chair that we needed and sending some recommendations. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and the beds were super comfy with lovely linens. The perfect spot to explore from.

We had a wonderful stay & were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Bread, milk, granola & marmalade were lovely touches. Lovely furnishes, kitchen & bathroom. Our 2 dogs were very welcome aswell, stunning walks as soon as you open the stable style door, fantastic scenery & farm land. We visited the Rose & Crown twice for yummy food with excellent service & dog friendly. For us this was the perfect stay, thank you xx

Tom’s cabin was absolutely excellent. Far exceeded any expectations. Spotlessly clean, spacious and everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 night stay. Teresa was there on arrival and departure - she was really friendly and relaxed. The perfect host and the perfect stay. Thank you.

What a wonderful place! The cottage was beautifully appointed with great attention to detail and was spotlessly clean. Lovely garden which our two dogs appreciated. Sarah and Mark had kindly left us some eggs from their chickens, some jam and wine which was a lovely welcome. They are very helpful hosts. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return soon.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Well…. what can I say that hasn’t already been said by previous guests? It’s just beautiful!! Every little thing about it and its surroundings is spot on! I’d actually class myself as pretty fussy and honestly, I was in awe of the design of the place and I don’t think there was a thing that hadn’t been thought of , from the slipper bath in the room, or the outside shower (hot & cold) it was all there making the place feel very top end. Tracy herself was lovely and greeted us with a big smile and quickly showed us around before leaving us to enjoy this wonderful place, which we truly did! Thanks Tracy for a lovely escape and we’ll be recommending your place to all x

Loved our stay at the cottage ! we all thought it was better and bigger than the photos make out, it was well kitted out with all we needed to cook, and Amanda left some lovely fresh eggs from her chickens! would stay again!

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Our stay was lovely! we arrived and had a seamless check-in and friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless, you had everything you needed at hand! from a fruit basket, milk, even a cake as it was my birthday! the attention to detail was insane! You also have a steam room - beautiful! The pool was so much fun! I can not swim so it was nice to have the pool to ourselves so my husband could show off and also pull me around the pool with my floats! The gardens were immaculate and stunning. The flowers were stunning and vibrant! You felt as though you were abroad! So lush and green. Then you have the hot tub, wonderful after stepping out of the sauna and walking through a corridor of lush green to get to the tub, bloody fantastic!! We even had our own bbq on our balcony where you could watch the sunset and beautiful sea views. It was an amazing getaway and I know we will return. My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was perfect for us. The location was fantastic - right in the countryside but very close to everything we needed. It felt private and spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We met Tony on arrival and he was incredibly welcoming and showed us around and made sure we had all we needed. Great stay ☺️

Wonderful little house, beautifully renovated, in a corner of heaven. the garden is idyllic, the horse and chickens have been the great attraction of our kids and the home produced honey was a treat! My husband is very tall and managed not to hit his head, he had to avoid the kitchen ;). Beds were comfortable and the shower perfect. ann was extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved staying in a place where the host lives, cares about it and can talk to us. It's a perfect place to visit Seven sisters and many other attractions.

Fantastic place to stay and we’d definitely stay here again. Very clean and well stocked with amenities. The barn is on a farm which itself is lovely. Sheep and horses very friendly, as was Andrew :-).

Just stayed here with my elderly mother. She really enjoyed it, everything ran smoothly and Susan was pleasant when we had a brief chat. We didn’t need any assistance with anything as all was clear and as expected.

I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.

Lovely, peaceful, relaxing, private. The birds and wildlife were fantastic. Karen and David very helpful yet unobtrusive.
