Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is on the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The view and surroundings were almost unbelievable. Extremely private, right in the middle of a vineyard. Gorgeous view right out the front door. We spent all our time in the tiny front yard, drinking prosecco, eating apertivo, and listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is tiny and there’s not really any seating space indoors, but that doesn’t matter if all you want to do is relax outside in the vineyard (we did). The greenhouse was a fun little spot to sit and read books as well. It was perfect for our family of four. The location is quite remote and a bit of a precarious drive to access but it did not bother us at all. It was part of the charm in our opinion. AC worked very well in June.

What an amazing experience. We travelled as a family of 5. The host got in touch with us with clear instructions to check in, then met us personally and gave us pleny of info about the property and the Vipiteno area. The property is furnished to the highest standard, curated in every detail to give an amazing modern Tyrolean experience. Every room has a balcony and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The house was spotless. The area is area private and secure, we walked everywhere. Couldn't have had a better experience and couldn't recommend it mire.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Elfriede and her family are great hosts and we felt as welcome as we did comfortable. Since the Stachelburg is primarily a restaurant and Elfriede is a fantastic cook, we ate and drank with her every evening and ended the evening with her and her family with many conversations. There were many tips on what to do, and Elfriede always made sure that we needed something in the apartment and that everything was in order and was such an attentive hostess.

We stayed for 3 nights at Gennaro's apartment. As you can see in the pictures, modern furnishings. He had homemade Limocello for a tasting. Also everything else is there from olive oil, coffee machines with capsules, noodles, towels .... Only the parking situation is difficult in the evening and on weekends.
