Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tunis

Très beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix à Marsa. Très gentille hôte et facilement joignable sur Airbnb ou Whatsap. Le Airbnb était bien décoré, aéré, très bel emplacement, jolie piscine et très joli extérieur. Seul bémol est qu’il faut utiliser les taxis pour se promener mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis sont très abordables en Tunisie via Indrive. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est propre. Je recommande à 100%

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Logement de qualité à proximité de toutes les activités (Carthage, Sidi Bousaid, La Marsa ...) Le train permet de se déplacer facilement. Accès à la mer au bout de la rue. Proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Cela fait plusieurs années que je viens chez Inès & Skander, et la prestation est toujours à un haut niveau de qualité avec un accueil sans pareil. Merci à vous deux et à très vite.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Inès, qui était conforme à la description. Inès et sa mère ont été accueillantes et réactives. Nous recommandons!

L’appartement était super bien placé collé au palais présidentiel donc très bien sécurisé. l’appartement est comme sur les photos avec tous les équipements et une belle vue mer ! Walid a été super professionnel et serviable vraiment une belle rencontre, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésiter dans cet appartement ! Merci Walid

It was a pleasure staying in Filippo’s wonderful apartment during my 12 day stay in Tunis! Having missed flights on the way over and having to rebook flights on the way back- check in and check out could have been very stressful but Filippo handled everything professionally and with warmth! I’m not hugely attuned with French or Arabic and Filippo thankfully could also speak English and Italian, making communication very easy! The location is super central, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the city centre in 10-15 minutes. It was a little noisy in the night at times (due to it being so central) but the noise was coming from a couple of streets over so it was absolutely fine- just a heads up if you are someone who needs complete silence to sleep! The place was super clean, hot showers always available, gorgeous terrace to sit out on- I will be back for sure! Thank you Filippo 😊

Magnifique appartement, le séjour s’est très bien déroulé et l’hôte a été très réactif. L’appartement est très bien équipé (je conseillerai bien d’ajouter du gel douche shampoing etc dans la salle de bain) Les 2 teles sont des smart tv donc c’est un gros plus. La piscine est superbe seul petit bémol c’est qu’on ne peut pas en profiter tout le temps car elle reste froide. À part ça c’était génial, merci encore à lhote !

Sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Für ein paar Nächte als Einzelperson, z. B. für einen Kurztrip nach Tunis, sehr zu empfehlen. Auch wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, zudem ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Fußläufig erreichbar findet sich zudem eine Straße mit vielen Geschäften. :)

Logement propre, mignon et qui sent bon, en plus d’être bien situé. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est un avantage lorsqu’on se pose sur le balcon. Mohamed est très gentil. Il est serviable et très réactif à la moindre demande. A recommander +++

Es hat alles super geklappt, mein Mann war dort für eine Nacht, da er einen wichtigen Termin in der Nähe hatte. Er wurde sehr freundlich von dem Vater von Zeineb empfangen, auch in der Wohnung hat er sich super wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön eingerichtet & es gab einen wunderschönen Balkon! Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das wir sogar etwas später auschecken dürfen. Wir sind rundum Zufrieden und nehmen das Apartment gerne wieder!

Troisième séjour chez Amrou, tout s’est super bien passé! vous avez tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement pour vous sentir comme chez vous!, lit ultra confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Amrou est toujours disponible, il vérifie même si vous avez besoin de qq chose. Je reviendrai toujours avec le même plaisir!

Excellent séjour

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.
