Originally used for the repair of mining carts, it was renovated with a sense of aesthetics and ecology by the project of Ing. Arch. Eliška Turanská for original loft housing. Thanks to this sensitive approach, the accommodation in the Depot has retained its GENIUS LOCI, which is enhanced by the stained glass window of Katka Pokorná, or in the decommissioned mining "huntík" from Hodruša Hámrov.

Dvojpodlažný loft so samostatným vchodom vznikol prestavbou drevárne na originálny ateliér architektky (46 m2) Všetky lôžka sú v jednom spoločnom otvorenom priestore. Na poschodí 2-lôžková posteľ, na prízemí rozkladací gauč. Súčasťou priestoru je kompletne zariadená kuchyňa, kompletná kúpeľňa s WC a sprchovacím kútom. Kúrenie je zabezpečené elektrickými fóliami priamo v hlinených omietkach a unikátnou 100 ročnou nórskou liatinovou pecou (v zime musia klienti prikúriť pripraveným drevom )

Get carried away by the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located home. The size of the apartment is 55 m2. It is located in the center of Martin, just 3 minutes from the pedestrian zone. Right next to the Martin hospital. The apartment has its own parking lot and air conditioning. You have everything close - restaurants, shops, cafes. Public transport as well as suburban and long-distance bus transport. The train station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
