The actual perk of this room is your own private 25m2 private terrace right above overlooking the beautiful bay of Marmaris, the city and its majestic surrounding mountains. You are only steps away from the historical Marmaris Castle which holds artifacts from Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman times! Enjoy your stay and welcome to Marmaris!

Luka's House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa di Luka is at the beautiful shore of Sogut, Bozburun Peninsula. Bozburun Peninsula with amazing Aegean geo-characteristics, hosts the villages Selimiye, Bozburun, Sogut and Taslica. In Casa di Luka, with two bedrooms and a saloon with an open kitchen you always feel the breeze and touch the sea. You may cook while staring at the sea or you may take a nap. You can take a walk along the shore or free dive through shore line.

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.

You can have a pleasant time with the view of our Deck Terrace. You can make use of the cabanas, dressing cabin, shower, refrigerator and sun loungers on our private beach.
