Newly built furnished loft apartment overlooking the Alps and the Ampermoos nature reserve with modern design. 1.5 km to the large Ammersee beach with lake access, sunbathing lawn, parking and restaurant. The small seaside resort of Stegen with its high-quality restaurants and beer gardens is within walking distance. King size bed for two people and sofa bed (1.40 m) for two additional people. Equipped kitchen. Desk available for mobile work. Outdoor area currently still under construction.

Modern apartment

The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Basement apartment with terrace

Small (approx. 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared use), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be converted into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no SAT reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account required)

You are very welcome in our old farmhouse and in a family with 2 children and 2 Siamese cats. You have the upper floor and attic for you, the drum room with double bed, the living room, the attic with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen, a bathroom and a huge roof terrace. In Munich and almost at the Oktoberfest, you can reach it by train in 35 minutes, at Lake Ammersee by bike in 25 minutes and the Alps in 1 hour. Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Am Ampermoos

We are a small family and rent a small but nice apartment in the basement of our house. It consists of a room with cooking, dining and sleeping area. From the sleeping area there is a small bathroom with shower/toilet. You can pull out the bed so that you can sleep in it as a couple. On request we can provide another bed. The TV is equipped with satellite connection and all guests get guest access to the Wi-Fi.

BB9 am Wörthsee

A modern and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 20 square meters) with a separate kitchen and your own bathroom (shower/toilet) as well as a great private terrace awaits you. a gas grill, an awning, a table and 2 chairs and 2 deck chairs ... The path to Lake Wörthsee is enviably short. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich takes half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our place is good for singles, couples, and families with children.
