The accommodation is located on a country farm, a 5-minute drive from the center of Volterra. After Porta Diana, take a short stretch of the Municipal road of S. Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Located in the residential area of Montescudaio, quiet and peaceful from where you can easily reach the most characteristic places of Tuscany: medieval villages, enchanting hills and all the splendid historic cities (Pisa, Florence, Siena...) that make Tuscany such a popular destination.
