Podere Collina

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Casa Vacanze - Sassetta. "Lo Stollo" è un podere in pietra in stile toscano, situato in zona collinare a soli 15 km dal mare. La struttura è composta da tre appartamenti indipendenti, ciascuno con ingresso separato: Stollo 1 – Piano terra, fino a 6 posti letto, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Stollo 2 – Primo piano, 2/4 posti letto, perfetto per coppie o piccole famiglie. Stollo 3 – Casetta indipendente, 2 posti letto, immersa nel verde e perfetta per una vacanza in tranquillità.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. Podere il Giglio is a small farmhouse surrounded by 3 hectares of olive trees, it enjoys a lovely view . At guests' disposal there is an indipendent house 'il melograno', that can accommodate 4 people: living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms. Outdoor and a private gazebo. In the Podere there is a 5mt x 10 mt pool.
