The house is designed so that the ground floor is handicap friendly. The house is heated with green energy (geothermal) and with a large wood-burning stove. There are terraces in all corners of the world. The house has good beds and bright rooms. There is a TV room on the 1st floor as well as a TV in the large living room, TV channels with Danish + German + Norwegian + Swedish channels. There is wireless Wi-Fi. There is croquet + badminton + petanque for outdoor use. 800 meters to a nice clean beach as well as a large yacht harbor and fishing harbor with small cozy fishing cutters. Delightful summer cottage close to the sea with wellness

Fantastic full-time cottage in the 2nd row to a beautiful beach with a newly built wellness area - outdoor spa, outdoor shower and infrared sauna. The cottage has several terraces where you can always find a spot in the sun and in the shade. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and in the summer months one in the Annex in the garden as part of the wellness area. The beach has the finest sand and is very child-friendly. The house is located directly adjacent to a very large heathland area with fantastic views of the heath and dunes.

Backyard ☀️🏡⛱️ In the backyard of our townhouse, there is a newly built and cozy annex with high ceilings. Close to the beach, city and shopping, and with its own terrace, where dinner can be grilled and enjoyed until the last rays of the sun. There is room for 4 adults, divided into one bedroom on the ground floor and in addition a loft on the 1st floor. The annex has its own terrace and entrance, but includes the possibility of a "good morning" to us, as it is located in our backyard 👫🏼👋🏻 Free parking on public roads.

Huset ligger på en unik grund med egen sti direkte nedover klitten til fantastisk børnevenlig badestrand. Der er 120 meter ad egen sti til stranden. Huset er omgivet af træer og ligger uforstyrret i rolige omgivelser. Huset har en dejlig sydvendt overdækket terrasse med god læ. Selve huset er arkitekttegnet, og der er en dejlig atmosfære i husets hyggelige rum. Stedet lægger op til en afslappende ferie med rigtig gode muligheder for oplevelser indenfor kort afstand.

Just below the house is the beach promenade - walk along it into the harbor and visit the lovely eateries and feel the atmosphere.
