Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Twentynine Palms

Without doubt, I rate this at the top of airbnbs I’ve stayed in over the years. Private space, cozy, impeccably and creatively decorated, very clean, all of your senses are satisfied… very classy and warm and welcoming. The outdoor bathtubs and double lounge chair, not to mention the jacuzzi and swinging chair were beyond a treat! The record player, honeysuckle scented rooms and touches of pink and wood sealed the deal. Thank you, Tisha!

We had three wonderful nights here. The accommodation is secluded and perfect for relaxing. The spacious property with a barbecue and fire pit is ideal for winding down in the evenings after a long day. The national park is just a few minutes away, and the host has put together a guide with many local highlights. A special highlight are the hammocks, which offer a breathtaking view of the Milky Way. We’d love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this Joshua Tree home! Our family of five was very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and check-in was super easy. The house was well-stocked with amenities that made everything feel convenient and stress-free. One of the highlights for us was the game room. It had a pool table and foosball table that kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The location was also a huge plus, it was just a short drive to the north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, which made getting in and out super convenient. Highly recommend for families or groups.

The house was awesome, great swimming pool and beautiful desert views while still close to super market and restaurants.

This place was amazing and exactly what we were looking for, but exceeded expectations! My boyfriend is a musician so the piano and guitar in the home were a great touch. The garage space was also super fun and relaxing. The views were great and it was close to things but also private and quiet. The host was also amazing and super responsive and helpful! The bed was also so comfortable…nice plus! Could not recommend this place enough!

Such a peaceful, rejuvenating stay. The desert views were stunning, and the space had everything I needed to feel relaxed and at home. Clean, quiet, and tastefully designed. The perfect place to unwind and reset. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from the chaos and reconnect with nature (or yourself).

Mesa Tavira was everything we had hoped for and more! We are a family of four with two kids, 13 and 12. What we loved: the natural color and materials palette, minimal design, comfy beds, Sonos system in all rooms, pool w/ easy cover, sleek firepit, beautiful landscape & lighting, the sunroom (my perch), stocked kitchen, frame tv for movies, privacy in outdoor living spaces but the safety of a community, easy drive to Twentynine Palms & Yucca Valley for several shopping/food options, and quick, friendly communication with owners. I felt safe, comfortable, inspired and appreciative from the moment we arrived and would absolutely book Mesa Tavira should we be fortunate enough to visit Joshua Tree again.

Everything was great, is was exactly as described and better once in person.

Such a great beautiful place to stay. It was definitely a home away from home. Very close to Joshua Tree State Park, Good food, flea market and amazing stores. Loved how it also had a little corner with lounge chairs to enjoy the stars.

We had a wonderful week stay! Location is perfect to get into the park and town of Joshua Tree as well as an easy drive to 29 Palms, Yucca Valley, Palm Springs, Pioneer Town. The house was large (big dining/living room/master bed) with comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook meals at home. We had a few issues with fans/ac, but the hosts were very responsive. Cowboy tub wasn't up and running, so you may want to message host to see if it's back if you are looking forward to it. There is an outdoor table for 4 and a few other outdoor chairs as well. We especially loved sitting in the back yard, which is very private and large, among many beautiful desert plants, animals (lots of birds, rabbits, and lizards!), and stars!

Robert’s property was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was very peaceful and clean. They accommodated my family very nicely. Would highly recommend!

Tracy and Colleen's place is comfortable and functional. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable + the place had everything you need for short and long term stays. The outdoor space is also delightful. We loved watching the sunset everyday from the front porch with the birds and the occasional bunny or desert squirrel. The location is great. We loved how close it is to the National park. We stayed for almost 3 months and enjoyed our stay. Tracy and Colleen were responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a couple concerns upon check-in and they were prompt in answering and handling our concern. We both work from home and they were kind to leave a desk for us which was super helpful. Thank you again.

Incredible stay and worth EVERY PENNY! Would recommend to any pair looking for the perfect place to stay in the desert. Tonelise was incredibly helpful from check-in instructions to local recommendations. Whenever I return to Joshua Tree, I’ll absolutely be staying here again.
