Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Tybee Island

Beth Allen’s rental unit was very nice! Everything was clean, comfortable and in order with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed easy access to the beach which was what we had most hoped for. The unit is supplied with items such as a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and even a small cooler. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip!

Place was amazing , look exactly as pictured, amenities were amazing. Host was amazing proactive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going to plan. Loved everything about this place would absolutely come again ! Place was also fully loaded with beach supplies which was a plus ! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! This was the best place at the tennis resorts that we have stayed so far!! We have stayed at multiple condos and some seem a lot older and this place was by far the best- our favorite! It is newly renovated and so updated, clean, smells great, and feels fresh. Air conditioning works great, showers had plenty of hot water. Literally like a two minute walk to the beach. Super cute porch to drink a cup of joe each morning. Seriously an amazing place and Tracy was a fantastic host! Everything was ready for us, communication clear, and super simple. Thank you so much and when we come back we will be booking here!!

Kaitlyn was amazing!! We will definitely be booking this place again. We had a few personal hiccups getting there and Kaitlyn was super flexible and helpful!! She provided everything we needed and then some! I have recommended this place to friends already. It was so nice to be close to the beach and Kaitlyn had absolutely thought of everything. We loved it!

we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! It had a little bit of everything for everyone in our family including our young kids 5,3 and 1. Located right on the golf course which my husband enjoyed watching, walking and practicing on the putting green. Short walk or bike ride to the beach (recommend a stroller or wagon if you have littles as it's just far enough where you'll end of carrying them at the end - speaking from experience 🙃). The home was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We rented bikes right across the street which was very convenient. One thing to note if you have young kids - there is not a bathtub, just showers. We will be back!

Heather was terrific, communicative and accurate. The place itself was as described in a wonderful location near everything on the island. The weather was great so we were able to take advantage of the short walk to the beach over the scenic and beautiful boardwalk path. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

We enjoyed it. Great location. Very responsive host. Granddaughter and great-granddaughter especially enjoyed the tennis courts, beach and pool. Restaurants and dolphin cruise, horseback riding and golf all readily accessible. Accomodations worked well for us, for our daughter when she visited, and for our granddaughter and great-granddaughter when they visited.

My other and I went on a vacation in Hilton Head and stayed at Philips condo and everything was 5/5! Super clean, welcoming and warm host, the beach was easily accessible, shuttle cart to the beach and many more amenities! I will definitely come back to stay!

Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

Absolutely beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about coming back next year! Having the beach toys, chairs and wagon to use was super helpful and made packing for our trip so much easier. Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Donna is an awesome host ! She is very thoughtful and kind and always makes sure everything is in top shape. This is our favorite HHI condo and our favorite host! Always a comfortable and wonderful experience! I’m an over packer but can relax and not pack as much for our trip because she has thought of everything! 10/10 will be back every year!!! This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

What a hidden gem! I wanted something close to the beach, had beach equipment, & sleeping quarters for the kids. This hit all those spots. we had so much fun that we only left the resort once. The house was very clean, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved all beach equipment and the very short walk to the beach. The pool was amazing as well. Most days it wasn't crowded at all. The lighthouse were amazing my youngest wanted those turned on all the time! We will definitely be back. Thanks for such an amazing house and being great host!

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

5 stars aren’t enough! This house was absolutely gorgeous—immaculate, stylish, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, and having access to the pool made it even better! What truly sets this place apart is the host. Eugenia was super responsive and incredibly kind. Someone in our group accidentally left several tops hanging in the closet, and she went above and beyond to arrange for them to be sent back. Her thoughtfulness and quick communication made such a difference. I can’t say enough great things about this stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!!!!!!!

We loved Tara’s place! Very clean and well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed the amenities at Rice Hope community. Our favorites were fishing off of the lake dock and swimming at the community complex! Definitely a 5 star experience!

I really enjoyed my stay in Sea Pines Resort the house was beautiful, clean and It was in a great area close to the beach. My guests and I were very pleased.

Wow! What a neat place to stay. Beautiful and uniquely decorated. The coffees and treats were appreciated. There was a lot of thought put into how the rooms were furnished and what supplies were provided.

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was easy to book; easy to communicate with the hosts; easy to get in; and easy to check out. The house was beautiful and looked out over a beautiful view. The street was quiet and the location was perfect for our family with everything just a quick bike ride away.
