Beachfront holiday rental in Tympaki

we had a great week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort very well located to visit the north of the island. Beautiful discovery

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We can highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

Close to the beach. Parking available. Apartment has everything you might need. Helpful landlord. Everything within walking distance, car is only needed for day trips. Nice toys for the kids. The only downside is that it is next to a busy road with the necessary noise.

This place and this town are absolutely magical. The 2.5 rooms are very comfortable for a couple. The bed was great and the ac was a welcome relief from the midday heat (early June). Our hosts were so great and generous with accommodation and treats! The Wi-Fi was slow at first but the hosts promptly had it addressed. It was improved after that, though it stayed slightly intermittent as is the case in much of Crete. The veranda was amazing and the location was perfect (off to the side, away from the other tavernas for a bit of quiet). Such a pleasure to be here. One of our all time favorite stays!

The stay was great! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the photos. George was friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I would come back anytime absolutely recommended! There were little touches from George.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

Giannis is a very kind host. He informed us very friendly about the lovely accomandation and even created a guest app with a lot of regional hints and adivses. The appartement was very cozy. The beds and the chairs have even been extraordinary good. The construction is solid and also the tough crete wind could not disturb us. Don't hesitate, book it ;-)

We particularly enjoyed the location and the villa. all amenities were as described and new. The view was breathtaking and the villa offered plenty of privacy and tranquility despite the fact that there are three identical villas next to each other. Beach, restaurants and supermarket were within walking distance. So we didn't need a rental car. The village of Agia Pelagia was also within walking distance. Is still a fairly traditional Greek fishing village but quite touristy. All in all, had a great stay where the host, albeit remotely and without personal contact, was always active online, responded quickly and proactively provided information.

We’ve spent an absolutely amazing holiday at Triopetra Luxury Villas! The villa is located perfectly for those who admire calm and secluded south Crete - privacy and peacefulness is top notch. Thanks to Evangelia our stay was fantastic!

What a fantastic experience we had during our stay at this beautiful villa in South Crete! Everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, it was immediately noticeable how extremely neat and hygienic everything was. The villa was really sparkling clean and taken care of down to the last detail. Everything you can think of was there – from utensils to beach towels – which made us feel right at home and completely relax. The hospitality of the host was extraordinary. He was always available for questions, gave us great tips about the area and made sure we really lacked nothing. What a warm welcome and service! The location of the villa is also absolutely a plus: beautiful in a quiet area, with stunning views and yet close to the most beautiful beaches and charming villages. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here, meeting the cute cats ( please feed them :), enjoy the surrondings and if you like to swim, the beach just 10 minutes walking distance is perfect for you. I swam 5 kilometers and enjoyed after that the beautiful bar and restaurant close to the house. RECOMMENDED!

Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area. The house was exactly as described and as pictured in the listing. Antonis was a great host and went above and beyond in many ways (helping with directions, providing local recommendations, leaving welcome treats and even giving us a departure gift). The house had everything you need and the pool was incredible. The town and beaches were also amazing!

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

I loved the tiny house, every millimetre, it’s across the road from the shepherds caravan and you are lightly woken by him calling the goats in the morning. Wonderful. The cliffs are covered with wild thyme and the scent mingles with the sea breeze bringing another sensory tweak to the exceptional surroundings. From the moment you cross the mountain peak you are greeted with a never to forget 180 degree view of the deep blue Libyen Sea, that literally is on your terrace of the property. There are two empty beaches at the foot of the cliffs, but two cafes and a slightly busier beach in the village if you prefer. It’s an unspoiled paradise, on Sunday you can hear the monks song and the bells echoing up from the village. We only spent three nights in Tris Eklieses, but it will remain with me forever as a really unique experience. Outside of peak season the village supermarket is closed the nearest one is about 1/2 an hours drive away, I envy the owners, it’s a very special place. THX4ALL.

No complaints! Location in the heart of Matala but very quiet in the morning! Unusual place at the foot of the chapel! Small terrace to enjoy breakfast or a quiet evening to the sound of concerts from the bar restaurant nearby. The sea is a stone's throw away! The host is always present when needed to make our stay perfect. Small gifts await us on our arrival, very nice... we will come back with great pleasure 🏵️

What a wonderful apartment! The location was perfect for a weekend beach getaway. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Very special thanks to Maria for the cheese pies she dropped off to us for breakfast one morning, they were delicious! Overall it was fantastic place and we'll definitely consider returning in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Very nice studio overlooking the sea and mountains. There is another studio for rent in the same house right next door and an apartment downstairs. The landlady is very nice and made sure we didn't miss anything. The place was very clean and you can walk to the beach, or to the taverns in the village. However, a car is an advantage (parking right in front of the house).

The accommodation was unique in its location. Around the apartment, you can enjoy the wide sea view on the terrace. In addition, the apartment is really equipped with all the amenities, so you feel right at home. The attentions you receive at the beginning of the stay were also particularly noteworthy. Thanks to this Airbnb, we had a wonderful vacation and were able to completely relax and enjoy the sea. Finally, it must be said that this apartment was one of the best accommodations we have ever been to.

Perfect beachfront location- so close you sleep and awake to ocean sounds. Well situated between Matala and Reythmos, plus easy by car to get to archeological sites before the crowds. Perfect weather even in November!
