This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

This was the most beautiful and serene home I’ve EVER rented on this platform. Kristie’s place had everything you could possibly need during your stay and I love to smell a clean house🥰 The house was spotless! Bed linen and towels were ample and CLEAN! You will see wildlife which is normal in the area and we loved the dolphins that appeared in the lake. Kayaks available and my Marine got a great workout 😂The resort style pool did not disappoint and she also had floats. With the installed fans and canopy you will stay cool. I’m already looking to rebook! If you’re interested in true relaxation, look no further and book now😍🎉🎉

Erika’s place was just as listed. We loved the pool and stayed in the backyard when we were home. We even opted to eat our meals outside. It is secluded, quiet and just great for spending time outside. We went to Shell island for two days and loved how clean the beach was. I would definitely stay again. It was a much needed reset for me! Thank you Erika.

The house was absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated, well furnished, and had everything we could want for our stay! We had 5 children and 3 adults on our vacation, we enjoyed the house so much and it fit our large family comfortably. The gameroom worked well for the kids to enjoy during the downtime between switching from awesome pool to beach or beach to dinner. This was the best house we have stayed at in Panama City. We will definitely be booking again for next year! Thank you Karen!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kids loved having the pool, as the beaches were double red flags most of our stay. The space was beautiful. It was very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had every cooking utensils we needed to enjoy a couple home cooked meals. Ginger was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The Airbnb is located in a nice area. We felt safe the entire time. It was definitely worth the price. We would love to stay again in the future.

Had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed themselves. Anytime I contacted Igor he was quick to respond. Only thing I’d change is the blinds because it is BRIGHT early this time of year!

I have stayed in this property a few times. Every time is better than the last. I really appreciate the extras that come with the property, like everything you need for a day at the beach, the ability to cook a home cooked meal if you are tired of eating out, the ability to do laundry, the outside seating areas, to name a few. The property is always immaculate upon check-in. The host is always responsive if I ever need anything. It makes for amazing trip when staying in this property.

It’s a cute little space, perfectly fine for our young family of five visiting for two nights. We brought a pack and play for the baby and had enough room for everyone. The pull out couch bed isn’t great, but it also wasn’t the worst! Walking to the beach was a breeze & as a result there is no sand in our car! That’s definitely a win! The property could use better beach-goer amenities, like an outdoor shower and a place to hang wet things for drying. Overall, though, fantastic stay. Great price for the proximity to the beach, which is all we were interested in for such a short stay.

Absolutely love our stay at Betty’s place she was a wonderful host and the house was very beautiful very grateful she was able to make apart of our family vacation possible will be most definitely booking again in the near future!

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. Stayed at Nancy’s place for a couple of days during my PCS transition to my new duty station in VA. Was a great location close to both St. Andrews and Downtown Panama City. The house was very clean and comfortable as well.

Kyle’s apartment was perfect for our girls’ trip! The space was exactly as pictured—modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The location was peaceful and just a short walk to the beach, which made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. Kyle was incredibly responsive and friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The Fish House reminded us of our grandparent’s place on the Gulf. Very charming!

We loved staying at this little cottage, it was cute and just right for the two of us. Close to the beaches and we had some great food! The port poke, shipwrecked, crazy fish, the Joe coffee cup at Port Saint Joe was awesome! Cute little town hope to come back

I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with easy access to [local attractions/restaurants/public transport/etc.], but still peaceful and quiet at night. The amenities were thoughtful and well-maintained—from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and fast Wi-Fi. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.
