Small house with its own sauna in the Archipelago

Welcome to our charming detached house with sauna. Walking distance to both sea and lake. The house was built in 2018 and is divided into two floors with solid underfloor heating. The house has a modern, fresh kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is furnished with a dining table and chairs, outdoor furniture, a double bed, a sofa bed and a 43-inch TV. The house offers free parking (several spaces are available). The lawn below the house can also be used by guests. Bus that runs nearby takes you smoothly into Gullmarsplan.

Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger party (up to 30 residents). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private backyard has a natural pool and wood-fired hot tub for about 10 people. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Newly renovated 3rd floor apartment with balcony, sleeps 6, in Årsta, close to several nice restaurants, cafés and grocery store. There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
