A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Those who like nature and village style! Built 1927, owned of 4th generation. Pierce for boat/swimming/fishing; partially wild area with small forest and berries! (ca 60x60m) Nice and calm region in Norrnäs close to Rindö and Vaxholm; view on passing by ships. Groundfloor+attic=65sq.m, 5 sleeping places (+4 cots-200kr/person per night), porch 30sq.m. Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.

Torpet

Välkommen till torpet som det kallas, original boningshuset på vår lilla gård som uppfördes på 1800-talet. Här bor man med hästar och höns som grannar 15 min från Stockholm City. Väggarna viskar om historier från en svunnen tid. Här njuter man av gårdens charm utan att göra avkall på några bekvämligheter. Torpet är på 130 kvm och det finns två separat sovrum. Detta är inte ute på landet utan en citynära gård som erbjuder tillgänglighet men djur och natur bakom knuten!

36kvm är detta bekväma boende med egen ingång, uteplats och parkering. Bra och snabba kommunikationer till city (20 minuter med buss och tunnelbana), samtidigt nära skogskanten i lugnt villaområde. Hönsen bor nära boendet så du kan höra dem på morgonen. Bra som utgångspunkt för olika aktiviteter så som: vandring eller paddla kajak. Passar för ensamma eller par med eller utan barn, äventyrare eller affärsresenärer. Husdjur är välkomna.

The sea cottage

Välkommen till vår charmiga sjöstuga i idylliska Kummelnäs, precis vid vattnet med egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. På sommarkvällarna (April till mitten September) kan du njuta av magiska solnedgångar direkt från balkongen eller bryggan. Stugan är ca 40 kvadratmeter och välutrustad med allt du behöver för ett bekvämt boende. Här finns även bastu, kolgrill och möjlighet att hyra SUP för härliga turer på vattnet.
