We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. Really lovely and spacious villa in quiet neighborhood. Great decor and amenities needed. Lovely enclosed garden with large terrace and table tennis. Close to nature reserve and delicious swimming lake with several bathing bridges and diving towers, as well as the possibility of walking and running on marked trails around the lake. Helpful and friendly host. Everything was clean, neat, and ready for us. Short distance to Stockholm ( about 20 minutes drive). Definitely recommendable.

Truly one of the most comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful Air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in! The reality far exceeded the listing photos as well as my expectations. Located at the end of a pretty cul de sac, everything you could possibly need is available in the house and there are beautiful walks in the area - although it’s hard to tear yourself away from the lovely interior, stunning deck overlooking the lake, and private back garden with fascinating rock formations and cheerful summer flowers. I spent 4 wonderful days here and will always cherish the memory.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

We felt comfortable and the apartment is very suitable for a relaxing vacation due to its very quiet location with lots of greenery and deer and walking distance to the beach. Eva and her husband are very friendly and helpful. A car is very helpful for shopping (supermarket). We also noticed the sewage smell described by some other Airbnb tenants in other vacation homes in the area. But Eva took care of it and after a small repair it was already better. Nevertheless, we found it very nice. Thank you!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed for our holiday! Would recommend to anyone with a large group in Stockholm. It only takes about 40 mins to get to the city and was very easy to do so.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family during Christmas week. We spent most of our time cooking, eating, reading and playing games, so the open kitchen-dining-living layout with a fireplace and archipelago views was ideal for us. We especially appreciated the sauna with refreshing plunge pool and the enclosed garden for our dog to run around. Overall, everything was very easy, from communicating with Sabina, settling in, and checking out. Tip: bring slippers as the polished concrete flooring can be a bit hard and chilly underfoot. Fredrik's house is a wonderful place of modern architecture, with a magnificent terrace that merges seamlessly into the Swedish landscape. It offers a stunning view of the nature around the house. The kitchen, and everything really, is fully equipped with all you could possibly need. The house is located in a tranquil area, which is favoured by the neighbouring nature reserve and offers several bathing spots. And yet, Stockholm is just a few minutes away. Fredrik and his family are attentive, generous hosts who made sure we had a wonderful time. With this, you do not rent a house, you rent a home. Tack för det!

Very unique and beautiful house in a spectacular location by the water. Everything is very spacious and great views. The house has everything you need and more. We went with our 2 year old and it was family friendly and even a little beach for my daughter to play at. Helen was so nice, responsive and helpful, she even agreed to changed my dates when I had to delay my trip due to a doctors appointment. We hope to come back next year!

This was a wonderful stay…in a truly lovely home…not a sanitized Air BnB rental, with all the home comforts you could want and lots of kitchen supply extras as well…oils, condiments, coffee, also bathroom toiletries etc. Beautifully decorated, spacious, stunning bathrooms and a lovely garden to enjoy. The location was about 40 minutes by bus and Metro to downtown…a very easy connection just down the driveway which connected with the superb Stockholm transit system very efficiently. A car is not necessary but we had one in order to explore the Archipelago as well…some wonderful trips to Upsalla, Sigtuna, the coast and bays all around Lidingo. A great supermarket, fresh veggie market and bakery are all about 15 minutes walk away if you didn’t have a car. The whole.e experience was particularly memorable for 4 retired professional from Canada and New Zealand who have rented all over Europe and the UK…and who have high expectations! Staying with Anette exceeded them all! We will be back!

The internal arrangement worked really well for us, but we enjoyed the day bed and the pool outside too. The Sonos system was spot on, perfect for relaxing days. We had no transport, so quite a walk to the grocery store, but there was swimming in lakes and the sea within 10-15 mins in 3 directions. We didn’t meet Camilla, but her communication was excellent. In summary, would recommend.

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Amazing villa with a long and literally colorful past. It is beautifully renovated and very well equipped. Swimming in the sea is a bit of an adventure but there is always the heated pool for the not-so-daring. The location is perfect - just 15 Minutes by car to the heart of Stockholm but still in the middle of wild nature. Simon gave us a very warm welcome and was always available for questions.

We had a great time in the cozy house with our family and enjoyed nice barbecues on the big veranda. Our daughter loved the pool and trampoline. The contact with Niclas was very friendly and courteous.

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.

After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.
