For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuesten Stand wieder hergerichtet Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit alten & neuen Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
